The only difference between Beverly hills and highland Park is Beverly hills has homeless people highland Park doesn't have any. This is why I love my home.
I just feel extremely lonely for this house. Yes, if you can invite a lot of people over, it looks fun but how do you feel after everyone leaves? It is such a great house but lacks human connections. Honestly, I prefer to live in my apartment around people that I can connect with.
The cameraman is horrible. You keep pointing out features in the rooms such as crown molding, high ceilings and the laundry room but he refuses to show those items and focuses only on you. Maybe next time have a cameraman that's as interested in selling a house instead of one who's only infatuated in you. On a side note, I've toured this home as it was under consideration. You failed to point out some of the more interesting features to this house which I found important to a family. The wood panel den is a great place for the breadwinner to conduct business or have friends over for cigars. The side door feature is beautiful and likely would be used more than the front door. The backyard is an oasis but what you didn't show was the kids play area with jungle gym and behind the garage the half court basketball area. The gated motor court was nice also.
You’re right but that’s sadly so often the case .. makes me always wonder when I eventually look up the homes how why they didn’t show those rooms or areas.. I guess the huge homes just take way to long so they just end up showing the major stuff (kitchen , family room, master bedroom etc.) Too me it seemed like the camera man & the realtor weren’t a „played team“ like she wanted to show things but he just didn’t reacted or cooperated.

They painted a lot of the rooms white and took a lot of character away. They are also asking more than they purchased it for which won’t help with the current interest rates.
Different people different tastes I guess .. but what exactly do you find tacky and what makes it ugly for you if I might ask out of curiosity? 🙂 I mean you need to like the style of the house witch is inspired by French architecture (when not really „authentic“) combined with the typical American style which in my opinion they could’ve done a better job by adding more french features. Since I’m French/German Im used too the Hausmannian architectural style and I find most of the average American homes tacky and love when they add some European touches like Mediterranean etc.
Very bad video. Cameraman is showing more of the lady than the home. Are they selling the house or the lady?? Plus they don't show much. Too rushed. Alex is great. He takes his time and shows everything. Didn't like this at all.

Highland Park is nice, but for that money buy a ranch.
