She is such a good host. Gives the facts upfront with charm. By the charm I mean the proper use of non-verbals, vocality, and some light jokes in there too. I also like how she walks us through the home in a natural fashion as if we were entering the home with her. She takes a homeowner's perspective by mentioning configurability of the kitchen, how the laundry rooms position connects with the rest of the home in a functional way, how paint and mirrors can open or close a space in, etc.
Hannah is by far the best host on this channel. So professional and charming. She really should do all of the videos. The other hosts are OK, but they feel like work experience kids compared to Hannah. Another great video, thank you. Would love to see more new builds in this price range.
I miss when you went to houses in this price range. I get it the people want bigger and better. More of these please 🙏🏾 I love that you got the best presenter on this 😊

She's a jokester. I love her, she's so down to earth and natural. I would love to see more of her too :) I think jess does a great job too but she's just hilarious.
Really liked this video, seeing a slightly more affordable house that more people can aspire to. I love all of you guys, you have such great energy. I feel like Hannah (I really hope I got that right) gets better will each video too. Just a small bundle of positive joy. Love the little bits of humour too. Thanks guys
Questions are welcome here! As this is a show home, the exterior black fence is there for viewings as often there are a couple of styles of show home available to view side by side. Once the development is complete and all sold, the fence would be removed for the future owner of the house we tour in this video! 🏘
0:45 And not only the sunshine dear Hanna! As I can see a good feeling of warm and not extreme cold winds 😂. I can almost smell the christmas turkey in the oven and the cookies muahahaha 😋😂. 6:28 😂😂😂😂😂 so mushroom. PD: It's imposible to get bored of this style of homes 🏡. It's truly a family home.
I live near this area and no effin way would I be paying that price for this house. Better off using that price and looking back towards Sutton or getting A MUCH bigger house towards Tamworth. Granted its not as nice as Lichfield but Lichfield would be a 10/15minute drive away.
I'm confused. According to the title this was supposed to be a tour of a luxurious home. In reality we saw a cookie cutter entry level home. The thumbnail was not misleading. I was expecting a luxurious and sprawling interior. Instead the interior reflected the bland façade. Don't get me wrong. This channel provides great content. The hosts and cinematography are wonderful. We all know this channel is a for profit entity. However, I do take issue with misleading titles and information. The title stated "luxury home". I'm sure many would agree this property is not luxurious. The few luxury appointments, such as the high end wall paper, were installed by the in-house design team to elevate an otherwise unremarkable starter home. Was this a paid promotion? Did I miss Hannah disclosing this?
How spoiled can one be to say a 615k home is not a luxury... check the % of population that can buy at that price range... of course there are levels of luxury that go above and beyond, but that title says for JUST which imply it is at the bottom of the pile, so not misleading whatsoever.
@@dawwilliams8024 because it is sooo easy to rent out for huge £££ and a great investment as the prices will rocket over time, and alot of people love to live in a global city like London. The majority of foreigners want to live in London, not Middlesbrough or Preston where it's cheaper lol Sure the reason why certain people buy and live in London is common sense
Knowing UK new builds, that's a £615k house with about £50k worth of upgrades.... Redrow charged me £6k to put the cheapest carpet in my tiny new build flat because they "don't come with floors" as standard. absolute scam artists.
Aren’t these built off Watery Lane, where the water table sits high - hence the lane name - and floods numerous times each winter? £615k for soggy carpets twice a year?
Overall quite nice but houses are too close to each other...........when you look at the house you see the other two houses either side giving a feeling of imposing
Why would you put a fence round the show home garage.. is it that price to pay for removing it. Show home are not just finish it how its meant to look an knock 100k of the price
Nice enough house but the kitchen was tiny in comparison to the rest of the layout. I don’t know the area but it seems reasonably priced in relation to what you get… BUT… It’s not luxury at all. Wardrobes from the early 90s, awkward angles on most of the rooms and generally quite boring for a £600k house. Those who are saying it’s a starter house have no idea what they are taking about though. Needs a Verisure alarm 😂😮
Someone on luxury homes did reply to a comment questioning that. They explained about the fence, but failed to explain why there's a garden directly in front of the garage door 🤦🏼♀️
I've been to look at redrow demo homes myself after one of your previous videos and I must say they are just dreadful. Really poor quality and you get very little for your money. Demo show homes were showing serious signs of usage and damage after just couple of weeks, materials are obviously really cheap and feel that way, everything from doors, fittings, kitchen, bathroom, everything done as cheap as possible. Cheap out on windows too, no option for triple glazing when it would cost them in the region of an extra ~£500-750, it makes a big difference in terms of thermal efficiency and sound insulation. Oh, and what everyone fails to mention, floors are not included in the price, you want vinyl flooring in the house, it's about £50k to get it throughout the entire home. Price of the floors is eyewatering, the markup they charge on what is essentially bog standard flooring sold at every DIY shop is unbelievable. We're talking ~£500 per sqm of flooring, they cost £30-40 per sqm + fitment in B&Q. Everything is extra and A BIG EXTRA. That bathroom undersink storage she commented on... £700, shower basket? £250. Cutlery tray? £1200 Bathrooms offer no customisation to your needs whatsoever. This is one to miss... or go if you want a good laugh because that's redrow is.
wait, you didn't show the garden, loft hatch/space or even that weird massive looking garage that is clearly for a car but has no way of getting a car into it lmao.
Ridiculous price, not worth £600k... especially with that front garden that looks like a shared walkway you would find in Butlins when on your walking back to your room from the Skyline.
A house that matches the price. Take this house and put it in central london youre talking 6million pounds lol. Location is key in purchasing a family home
At what point in time did housing for peasants become considered luxury? Why this substitution of concepts? It's just a good, solid house. But definitely not luxury.😮

been watching for a long time. Great home, great tour.
Heard from a colleague who lives in Lichfield said the area is known for flooding, therefore the road leading up to it is called watery lane.

I hate being pedantic as i really enjoy Hannah's enthusiasm on her tours but it's a peninsula, not an island.
A well built and spacious home, love the decor 😍
Just a note that isn’t a island in the kitchen , island by definition are on there own
The colour on the garage door i want that.
I love Redrow houses.
The price oh my goodness. Property prices have just gotten ridiculous. No separate double garage, and your neighbours within breathing distance :-(
I think they could have made the principal bedroom slightly smaller to also add a bath in there instead of having such a big shower
Are there four doors coming off the kitchen or is one white door a cupboard?
Would
