Incredible! Absolutely stunning. I’m so glad to see the originals that were preserved. Wonderful staging to blend the old with the new. I love the outdoor space as well. I’m just a couple of million short at present.
The entry door is at the same level as the road, which, combined with climate change and frequent flooding, could present a potential issue, leading to problems such as ongoing repairs and renovations.
Beautiful lower floors. The basement and two guest room floors are definitely not ideal. The location being next to fdr means constant noise. Pricing is way too ambitious.
Beautiful property wonderfully presented. It's nice to have another site showing spectacular homes. If you would forgive me for being a nit-picker ... Americans say FOY-yer but it's really pronounced (even here) foy-YAY. I thught I heard you say 'plot' in referring to the the poperty site. 'Lot' would sound better (and not like 'Plop.). Sorry for sounding like a know-it-all karen. Loved your tour and looking forward to seeing more.
Lovely home wish it had no spotlights ruins the age of the home makes it too modern surprised there isn't a pool and where is parking for that amount surely not on the street.
When you say “working fireplace” I assume you mean wood burning? As far as the rest, you should’ve toured the entire home, basement, the upper 4th, 5th snd 6th floors. Once upon a time, this would be a perfect NYC home. Unfortunately the only people buying in that cesspool of a city are overseas money buying it as a long term investment. That home will remain empty indefinitely. It’s too bad, really.
would you rather buy this historical apartment or would you far better buy mega mansion with a Bugatti Chiron super sport 300+ in a village or mountain beach
@@trishemerald2487 Okaaaayyyyy…..? The word is French, sure. And he’s an American, speaking with an American accent touring a home in America. And he pronounced the word like most Americans would. Asking price is irrelevant.
The building from the outside is bland and ordinary, The front door is a regular small door. The entrance not grand at all. The interior with the white walls of the home is just that and nothing to talk about. I could go on and on, The only positive thing about this is the "boxed building" is on a quiet and quaint street
We would love to showcase more homes in Africa, we have featured ‘The Marble House’ in South Africa previously and we look forward to covering more across the African continent in the future!
Beautiful Townhouse. 32,000,000 is a steal, I think I want two.
😂

One of the best townhomes I have seen.

OMG, this is dreamy! Bit big for my wife and I but would absolutely rent it for 2 months over the summer!
Beautiful 🤩
Fabulous Fabulous Fabulous…… So much style and oozes opulence and class….
As a European, I am amazed how un-protective and easy to break in front doors are.
@@jonaswunderkind4580 that also may explain they have safe neighborhood and no need to have hard harsh protective area 🤗
Are townhouses that open directly onto the street not common in Europe? That's how pretty much all of them were built in older American cities.
@@jimbo1637 Yes but they are very secure, google the difference.
The conservatory and sunroom- wow! Gorgeous!
Right next to the expressway. Hope those windows are triple-glazed 😊
Having lived that close to a highway I can say from experience you'd never be able to keep the windows open.
Espectacular. Sentada en la terraza tienes que sentirte el amo de New York.
Watching this on New Year’s Eve 🎉, happy new year
Happy New Year to you, too!🎉
What an exquisite home. It hasn't been modernised to death. Thank you.
each to their own. that's what i disliked about it, it's not modernised enough.
You forgot to mention the FDR 😂😂😂That’s 24/7 quiet entertainment
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Stunning bldg! Stunning location! Absolutely gorgeous interior!
Wow I've always wanted to know what this townhouse might look like !! It's beautiful...
That's beautiful!
Nice and quiet and very peaceful.
Amazing tour, thank you ;)
Seee this is a home .
the bedrooms need to be redone
I must say this house has the most incredible views throughout
Location seems prime , very nice
What an old charm in all its glory
When are we having more of the LHS team presenting the homes. I find the videos more relatable when you guys do it.
Thanks for sharing this video 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Beautifull ❤
Nice
Wonderful home. Not sure I like all the can lights.
Stunning , location looks prime the history is slight concerning

Ummm.. "inlay" is not what you're pointing to several times.

Wow, so gracious and lovely. (That is a very small kitchen by 21st century standards.)
It's New York!
The kitchen is beautiful.

Tiny door for 32 million

You didn't show PARKING. For this price there has to be off street parking.

He's soooo much better and professional than Tom & dizzy Jazz.
It's ironic that the best presenters are the ones who don't own or run the channel lol
The house is beautiful . The staged furniture is awful.
If you're going to ask $32M, you probably should pronounce "foyer" correctly. Hint: It's French.
@@trishemerald2487 It can be pronounced a few ways according to the Merriam-Webster dictionary.

Luxury home show you guys don't have Africans as clients to showcase their homes? Just asking
We would love to showcase more homes in Africa, we have featured ‘The Marble House’ in South Africa previously and we look forward to covering more across the African continent in the future!
??
They showcase beautiful houses, that's what matters. Owner's ethnicity doesn't really matter. Please don't shove "diversity" down everyone's throat. Thank you
Still waiting for a single house from Saturn :/
