Water feature with fireplace behind, WOW!!!, love this and the boutique closet every woman’s dream closet. Big, big, BIG, HUGE…This house goes on forever…Love the design many spaces for outdoor living. Only drawback are the views of the neighborhood. A lot of house I hope every space is utilized by the owners. Matt, nice tour, how at ease you are with the touring and the explanation of all the features. Love watching your growth.
Big change moving from a "green" England to a "burnt" Texas. Saw other properties in the UK featured with a lot more land for the same price. Being a custom built, the house has somewhat of an English vibe to it, in terms of layout and ceiling heights. All that's missing is the brick or stone exterior.
Yes overpriced for being so close to your neighbors but I can understand why people are paying these prices to move to Texas. High earners can pay for these houses in just a couple years by just saving on not paying state income tax in Texas.
It's not quite that great. Texas's tax system is strange but long story short, you save a little but not as much as you hope. They get you in other ways.
Hills of Kingwood has some nice homes, but they're all way too close to each other and the backyards are so small. Go tour the properties at Quail Hollow in Westlake! More expensive but they're building some really beautiful homes there
Nice house but have you ever heard about Texas Hill Country? Rethink your statement around Texas not having a lot of hills. Great tour! Very knowledgeable. Cheers
For this amount of money I would expect a much bigger yard.the house is beautiful but a blank canvas. Monotone walls all the way through the home. I know it makes for a bright. Home but is very clinical like a Display Home.I hope the owners make changes as they continue to live here.
I love so much that you guys are doing American homes now :) 5.5 mil with very little privacy is a bit unhinged lol but I guess you are paying for space not privacy in this situation.
Beautiful home. But $5mil and having 2 neighbors sandwich me with no privacy in the backyard AND they can look directly to my living room ?!? Hell nah!
I actually love the design of the home, but I just know that the tall ceilings and big windows will make it a beast to keep cool in the summer and heat in the winter. Also, I hate that the developer or HOA made all of the fences see-through. With lots that small, everyone should get privacy fences in my opinion.
Nice home but not for kids. A Big home but no outside play space for the young ones. Also the spiral staircase seems out of place to me.Just a BIG American home.

I feel like this home combines luxury with functionality. Take a look at the outdoor kitchen.. it is perfect for entertaining guests
The honeycomb pattern in the bathroom adds such a soft touch of sophistication.
The putting green adds such a pretty touch to this already impressive home!
Love the use of 11 ft front metal door, it adds a bold statement to the design. Epic :)
Having a double kitchen for hosting is such a smart idea. More space, less stress!

That spiral staircase leading to the outdoor area really sets the house apart.🤩
@@aadihashmi yes i was thinking the same when i saw the video
Oh is that pool with integrated lighting? It looks perfect for evening relaxation!
This design feels like a mix of modern elegance and comfortable living.
Natural light pouring in through those large windows makes the entire home feel warm and inviting.
This house is a dream! The garage setup is next level honestly.
The dual waterfall quartz countertops are incredibly practical for a modern kitchen!
The 24-foot ceilings give such an open and airy feel to the living room. It’s really breathtaking.
Yes i was thinking the same thing when i saw the video
Couldn’t agree more, it feels like you’d never run out of space to breathe.
Spot on, that kind of openness makes the living room unforgettable.
You’re so right, it’s such a rare and stunning feature in a house.
I’m with you on this one, those ceilings are definitely the highlight of the house.
If I spend 5 million on a home in Texas I don't want to see any neighbors.
@@TheWafernation facts, million and no land is crazy 😭
The luxury so starting the week off with a bang, this is beautiful🧡

I need this house on about 2 acres where I can see no neighbors! (for 5.5 million US dollars) 😅❤🎉
Very beautiful ❤❤
I toured this home while it was still in construction, amazing property!!! 🔥🔥

This home is on another level! WOW!! Congrats to the owner on their dream home👏
Nice house 👍
I know what you are 😑
Great 😮❤
Lack of trees kills it.
@@pavelow235 Texas doesn't have a whole lot of tree's unfortunately.
Love the house too close the neighbors!! I need my space!!
The home has a nice floor plan and it definitely needs a personal touch to bring it to life.

@@brendanconlon8292 Higher property tax
They get you with property taxes. At this price point, expect to pay well over $100k in property taxes. That’ll easy offset your income tax savings.
This house would make a great case study for an architecture class.
i have the very same air fryer.i like the fixtures and fitting but its not very cosy.
Living room, outside living area and principal suite is the best looking
Just beautiful I move here and that mosquitos are crazy : love the clear screens outside ; who make them can you find out for me ❤ thank you
Lovely home love all the features like the putting green and pool as well as dual kitchen and space to clean clothes and the dogs :)
For that price is should have a much larger compound

Blimey I was going to laugh at New Yorkers again for their littlle kitchens but this kitchen is actually twice the size of my flat!
Yes,but when they build a new estate next door in a few years this will be worth nothing. Th8ngs are different in the usa

Why put a tree in front of the house number? You want pizza delivered cold?!
Maybe AOC was landscaping? 🤫😂

Basically, there is no any interior designs in this home. so flat, especially the wall.
Minimalism is the main trend.
He mentioned that the owners just moved in so the probably haven't finished furnishing yet. That is a lot of space to fill up

None of the sofas face the TV. Would be better to not have it in the living space and then have a separate cinema room
The kitchen cabinets come down so low, I bet you will hit your head each time you are at the counters.
