For 47 yrs. Now. Im sick and tired of. Helping the owner continue to over charge for the rent. All he does every 6 months is say the taxes is up so he needs to up on the rent. I called him out. I told him you steal from all of us. The taxes is not up on you cuz ive called to check on property taxes on apts. He is a liar and a thief. He was bad during the pandemic. He told us all if we cant pay th rent then move out. Will not give a good refrence to anyone. He is bad. We all here was half hungry. Had to eat with neighbors to have enough food to eat for the day. This is a senior living low income property. Everyone had to share there food to have a balanced meal. The owner is a demon. We can see it written all over his face. His actions speaks for himself. Seems like there are to many rich people thats a demon. Oh .the owner is a multi . millionare. He and his wife is the only owner of this place. They own other apts. To. Also owns different businesses to.

The sad part is these cities do nothing for seniors, except make it even harder.

I forgot they have “solar gravity Fed shower bags that she can attach her shower head to, the sun will heat the shower bag (w/water in it) on the roof & then the water comes out thru her shower head being gravity fed & she doesn’t need the foot pump!👍🏻👍🏻😊
@@LadyDebbieSVanlife I am in the same situation . Disability doesn’t cover an apartment. I combined my van with a storage unit that has power. You can’t live in storage unit but it gives me an extra living room😁

So sad too how many former servicemen and women are homeless, on the street. Spent a lot of time in Oceanside years ago, sad also how council not nomad friendly☹️
I am 71 now, a new Nomad but an old 60's Hippie. I am starting out on my Five Year Projected Van Plan and see where it takes me. In my travels I hope to bump into this very sweet Soul. I'm happy that she was able to get her van & to be able to stretch out when needed& be comfortable. I'm 58 with back problems so it's really an important issue getting comfortable. For getting it done in 3 weeks I'd say she did a great job. I love how comfy & homey it already is. I love the shower too. May God bless her & keep her safe in His hands.

Great set up. It's ever evolving and she's got great ideas to improve her comfort. Love the shower pump. I think the less you have to hook up to a power source the better.

I would just have loved to see how she hangs it cuz I wouldn't want to hold the shower handle pump with foot and then soap n exfoliate...I think in a very private spot, your birthday suit is, fine. As there are a lot of secret places...its only the trees n birds...plus another nomad lady did pay for a planet fitness membership if, that works for some and u can get the membership that's connected all USA. Or, often if you did a fitness tour they let you use facilities free...but at the end of this manic time is probably when that would serve better? For some. Also if you come across YMCA again at end of the adgenda plandemic may serve some...I don't understand how the battery works. Are they just a big box unit and you plug your extensions into that....any tutorials to suggest...also fans...ty

Switch that passenger seat to a swivel and you'd have a built in recliner too!
Really makes me think about a smaller van like this.
Just coming around to comment again. Last I spoke with Debbie she had taken out her front passenger seat, but then she loves tinkering with different things on her little home.
i'm 4 minutes in and it sounds like Debbie is being questioned against her will lol its kind of funny. ok it gets better when we get to how the van was built. i'd be the same probably. great job it looks wonderful and i wish her all the luck in the world!
Haha. No, I promise Debbie was not being held hostage for the interview🤣She was just nervous being on camera.
I felt the same way. The interviewer didn't have a smooth flow of her questions. No compliments in tone. The interviewer seemed quite awkward mixed with something else.
Plus, the interviewer told far more of her personal situation than the tiny home required.
However, I loved the workmanship of the van, color scheme and convenience.
