It encourages us when we see someone that looks like "US" living so bravely. When I started traveling solo over eight years ago, I WISHED I had a Tiffany. Someone who looked like me that was traveling the world to draw encouragement from, but I didn't. What I did had was courage and a strong desire to see beautiful places, even if it meant I had to do it solo. And showed up at places where no one looked like me. That's still the case today. I rarely see POC in the campground and in the areas I explore.

I'm out during the week and home on the weekends. I'm getting used to being outside full-time. Saving up for a van or SUV. Can't wait until my lease ends!

If you can afford to buy one already built then that's also great. That's exactly what I plan to do because I don't want to build it myself and I have the money so why not. People should do what works for them.
