And I'm confident if they're ordering from you they're at least getting the information they need to get the most comfortable, functional sheaths that can be purchased! No one else is going that extra mile to test what's best for the end user. Seems like the other guys are just pumping out the same old shit. I rivet my sheaths so they're stronger. I could have reheated that section, but it's such a small detail and not an inconvenience, since the sheath will be mounted to something and you'll be pulling the knife away from it anyway.
Around income tax time, I'm gonna message you about a kydex sheath for a Tops Silent Hero or Tex Creek XL. Pancake with the Teklok scout style in woodland camo or marpat, possibly multicam, if those colors aren't available, OD Green would be fine. Anyway, you do a killer job dude. By the way, do you know anyone that can Cerakote a blade? I may just do it myself

I don’t have any blades that are 6 inches or more. YET!! The longest blade I do have is the Gerber Stongarm... Love it!
You could have attached some spacing on the thump ramp so it won’t get hung up on the in the kydex.
