👍 Cool video just like to mention when keeping a knife in a leather sheath for any length of time you should oil the blade as leather can absorb water and therefore rust the blade over time (just happen to be a butcher and avid knife collector) amd, big fan of your dog breeding process
Cold Steel OSS would be another good option ... It's a bit longer (about the same length as Pig Hunter ) but being a dagger it will pierce better and is pretty light ... Also, besides having a full kraton guard it has a sub-hilt - so it will be pretty locked on user's hand
I own a pig hunter an its awesome also my 11 year old daughter stabbed a pig after our catch dogs had a hold on it soooo 😮 maybe tell you son do some push ups! Lol

A narrower blade is also able to do a twist when stabbing - so the wound channel will become bigger ...

Yo, do a shock cord mod to help keep the retention strap out of the way. It has saved my sheath so far.
