    This is the one that started it all for me! I started working out with Yvette the day after Christmas 2020. This is high energy fun at its best! I love your workouts because I can see it , do it and don’t have to watch it over and over to learn the moves. Thank you! ❤️

      I just did a good one it was an hour-long from popsugar fitness it was lose 600 calories in one hour we actually burned like 680 something I think she said at the end . It was close to 700! It was a good workout my face is red 😁

    Espectacular soy paciente conrecuperacion de un cáncer y debido a las quimios aumente 30kilos ... He Sido deportista toda mi vida ...hace dos años comencé nuevamente con el deporte ...no había podido bajar de peso y desde que ví esta rutina la estoy haciendo a diario ..estoy feliz ya he bajado veinte kilos ..muchas gracias trabajas espectacular...las personas que no les gusta como lo haces deben ser personas que les gusta lo fácil .seguiré contigo ....felicitaciones .son de todo mi gusto.

    This is one of my favorites -- all kickboxing and amazing calorie burn for me!!!! I have a smash ball that I used since I am by myself --- Loved this! More like this, please! Also boxing with step -- you rock Yvette!!!!

    Can't believe i have just completed that training!!! Thank you so much for this video! The music playlist is amazing and has all of my fav, so it has been very motivating. Moreover the moves change every minutes which was perfect for me because i get bored easily otherwise. And thank you for your energy Yvette!!!!. i think you are the best fitness instructor ever!!! That would be wonderful if you could do a LIVE 30 DAYS CHALLENGE NO EQUIPMENT CRAZY CALORIES BURN WORKOUT. So every morning or night every women could join the class and would be working out together as a fintness communtiy in real time. at the end of the 30 days we would compare how much kilos or sizes we have dropped. What do you think of this idea? you could even make a joining live class affordable subscription fee (as we say in French every hard work deserves a salary) . Much love from Paris, France

    Usually I burn a lot less calories than claimed on other workout videos since I'm rather a pocket size, but this one is BOMB. Burned 500 cals on this (44 kgs and 157 cms). Thanks for this workout!!

    600 calories burned total in the video or is it more ?? I’m excited to try this once I’m recovered from my accident
    I normally use 3 lb ankle weights and 2 lb hand weights with kickboxing

    Loving these home workouts til there’s a vaccine and I can return to gym and bikram yoga. So glad I didn’t give my boxing gloves, weighted ball, etc to goodwill (as I was just about to in March) .

      I gave up the gym to work out at home. I have all the equipment I need now. I'm so glad I did it especially after the year we've had. It saves me a lot of time.
