Really love this one. I'm doing a heavy weight program and using your kickboxing workouts for my cardio, but I'm probably going to replace one of my weight days with this workout. I want to do it just that bad. Lol
Yvette Bachman I did it this morning and it was killer! I made it through the whole thing though and with only one exercise did I not make it to 12 reps. I did think I was not going to make it several times though. I love you right now but I can't make any promises about tomorrow morning. 😂🤣😂 Once again, thank you for sharing your workouts. I will take a look at more of your weight workouts since I'm already in love with the cardio kickboxing ones.

Just ran across your videos. Really enjoying a fresh, new instructor. Only have one critic. As a trainer, you know how important form and technique are. Going heavy sacrificing form isn't productive, and can be harmful. Ie swinging your arms/weights doing bicep curls. Please don't be offended, but it's not the way to lead by example. Other wise, thanks for sharing your time, and videos.
Yvette Bachman thank for ur reply, Iam not able to visit gym daily due my busy schedule,I do exercises in home only I getting confused how to combine exercises like high intensity and other work outs
