Your step workouts are great for all levels and for me they can be easily adapted to low impact... I like the continual movement and the repetition which is just enough and mercifully not boring ... most of all they are effective and fun!
Finally I have a at home treadmill. It's easy to assemble, I did it by myself. It's easy to move, and it has Bluetooth speakers, so I can listen to my workout music. Good purchase

LOVE this! Enough variety to keep it from getting boring, and enough consistency to keep it from getting confusing.
