    Great workout for home while Covid-19 prevents us from working out at gym. Other workouts videos don't have good music (or any music!). Your music mix is great! Wish it were better quality but at least it's motivating! Great instructor! Moves easy enough to follow without being boring.. I'm older so I need modifications--would be nice to have another person doing low impact but I can usually figure it out . Thanks for posting your videos! Dancer33 from Ohio.

    Love this! The other 45 minute "HIIT ALL CARDIO " video was a part of my weekly regimen. This one hits the legs a little more, which is always a plus! :-D Thanks for giving me another one to throw into the mix!

    I love your workouts!!! Especially, with the music...it keeps me awake when i do my workouts at 4h45 am...you challenge me and i love it!!! Would you do a mini hand workout with cardio in the near futur for travelling purposes? Love your workouts..keep them coming :)

    Today I choose this 45 min rutine just for lazy, I say "something easy"...now I'm done! But it was the most challenging 45 min in my quarantine time.

      There is no definite time for cardio you can do it anytime
      I lost 25 kg in 4 months by doing cardio in evening

      I read somewhere that doing any form of workout in morning gets us 3 times better result rather than doing it on other time of day
