What fun! I’ve never used ankle weights in a cardio workout before and it added just the right amount of challenge without being uncomfortable. The leg work at the end was killer! I just realized what I love about Yvette’s workouts- I can do these workouts and pick up the moves as I go along. I’ve done some dvds in the past that the choreography is so complex I have to watch it and practice it before I can actually do it and feel like I’ve gotten a good solid workout. Thanks for another fun and unique workout! 🥰
Another amazing workout! And for someone with no knees, this was a moderate impact class that didn't cause any issues, although I did modify the jumping jacks at the beginning. Always grateful for your classes, zest & passion, Yvette!
