    For me 20 minutes were perfect today. We are in for a heatwave (30°C+, 86F+) and no way to escape it so I'm all wet and sweaty already. I don't think I could have lasted another 10 minutes. I really like that you mix it up so everybody can enjoy a workout!

    Thank you , that was just right and demanding when it looks so easy on you. Are you going for shorter videos ? I like the 30 mn ones.
