i have no words to describe how happy i feel right now, i always wanted to try these "walking exercises" but almost all of them tire me out after ten minutes, but this i completed it and I'm so happy i finally found a workout that is gentle to my pcos , and helps me, motivates me to workout having a sense of accomplishment, finishing this video meant the world! thank you!
Hi Saduni, thank you SO much for taking the time to let me know that this one worked for you. I was very happy to read your message. Just so you know, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all in the playlists. I hope more of the gentle workouts will work well for you.💖
I love that your videos do not have talking in them. I have ADHD as well as learning best visually. I don't need any distractions. There is one thing about the music on this 20 Min Gentle Walking in that it changes in the middle of a set; for me, that distracts. Maybe it is intentional; but, just in case, maybe you could check it out to see if you can sync the routine segments with the music. Thanks for putting these gentle walking 'workouts' out there.
Hi Bonnie, thanks so much for your feedback. This video is one of my earlier videos and besides learning how to edit and create videos, I've also had to learn how to be a DJ with creating music playlists. It has definitely been a massive learning experience all around. I am constantly learning and trying to make the music flow as best as I can (and like to think I've improved since making this video). I can't change it now that it's uploaded but I do try to make a big effort to make them flow as much as I can.
Thanks Alice! I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate levels). You can find all of the workouts categorized in the playlists. Hopefully you'll enjoy more of the workouts if you try them out.
I am having a slow day today wanting to do something but not too energetic. Then I came across this, and it's perfect, thank you. I love your workouts ❤
This burns some serious blood sugar for me! I have been doing this one in the morning and again in the evening with good results. It is getting easier but well, not my idea of gentle. Your workout classes are bearable and I want to thank you. I can do this all the way through and follow you exactly, a miracle lol.
Welcome Dawn! Kudos to you for being here! It's a great idea to start slow and move up when you are ready. If you ever have any questions, please just get in touch. I'd love to help you see results.
Thanks for your feedback, Gwen. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'gentle level' playlists.
Love your videos. There is not. Cub out there that caters to seniors. I love that you are not hyped up, you relaxed and I like it when you talk, you r voice is so calming. 😊
It was such a fine morning that I got a tad over-zealous with my "invigorating walkabout" this morning...and I just about walked myself out. So, something "gentle and mindful" for this afternoon was just right! Love smiling with you, my friend!
Dear Jules. Another excellent programme. I do appreciate the 30-second clock and the overall time bar. Both are incentives to keep going! Overall, you are keeping joints mobile, flexing some muscles and developing balance that is so important for the elderly. Thank you for this one. I have done several of your sessions and trying to muster courage and determination to follow your 7-day workout.
Thanks Bryan for taking the time to comment. I am happy to read you are enjoying the workouts and taking care of your body (and mind) by staying active:)
I had some lower back muscle spasms this morning so knew I couldn't do my usual exercise routine. As I find gentle movement usually helps I tried this routine. It worked. Feeling much better and no muscle relaxant required. Thanks
Hey there! I stumbled across this work out when searching for gentle walking. I am suffering from a severe sciatica attack and had to give up walking outside and biking on my exercise bike. It’s been several weeks and I thought I would try a gentle walk and found this fairly easy to get through. Had a couple places where I had to slow down but overall it was fantastic. Looking forward to more videos like this until I heal❤
Hi! I'm sorry to hear about your sciatica attack and I hope it improves for you quickly. I'm including a link of my playlist of gentle workouts and hope more of these will work for you. th-cam.com/play/PLsPoR5SimhuUXgS8uQp8zwYpnEb7-3A4e.html
So, I'm not a senior, but I have sciatica and struggle to keep up with regular fat burning workouts that involve a lot of floor movement (always made weight loss a struggle). I just found this, and while the burn is there, its not as stressful on my joints - so the good kind of burn when it comes to helping sciatica pain! Thank you!
Thank you very much for letting me know that these workouts are helping. I appreciate it. In case you're not aware, I categorize all of the gentle workouts together into a playlist on YT and also on my website (www.improvedhealthforseniors.com). Btw, no need to be a senior to be here:) I have lots of younger people who find the workouts useful as well.
7, 01 2024 Hi Jules, I was shattered yesterday so I skipped exercise I am back today but it seems I am not in a good shape. I feel on the stairs I bruised or broke my big toe on my right foot, so I am hurting. I tried to do this workout, but surprisingly I had found it difficult. And I have been exercising for over a year now, so I am not a complete beginner. Well, what can I say..stopped after only 7 minutes this is how far I got. My arms feels like lead since I got the vaccination for rabies in August and they feel always heavy they get tired sooner than before. Well, this is it, now. Thank you. I am happy that you make videos for those who find everything quite challenging.
Sorry to hear about what you've been going through, Klari! I am into day four of having the flu so I've been out of commission as well. Hopefully we'll both be feeling better again soon so we can get back to exercise. Hang in there!
This was the best we could do today; I hurt my knee running through the airport, and came home with a sinus infection. We’ll gradually get back to some harder workouts. At least we’re moving! Thanks for providing us with so many options we can customize to our situation.
Goodness, sounds like you are in need of a gentle workout. I am glad to read you are still exercising but realizing you need to go at a slower pace today. I hope your knee heals soon and your sinus infection gets better, Mary. 🌹
Spent the day cleaning out and organizing a walk-in closet...so "gentle and mindful" was about the only thing I was up for. "Being busy" isn't the same as sustained movement, so this workout was just the ticket!
I'm not sure if you'll see this, but thank you for this video. I'm trying to do light workouts to pull myself out of this depression. This really helped cheer me up. Thank you!
I'm sorry to hear what you're going through, Amanda. If you can, try to get in some cardio everyday to help with the depression. I know it can be very difficult to get up and do the exercise but once you get started, it becomes easier. Exercise has so many benefits with helping with depression. Another great activity to do which might help is mindfulness. There is a free app called 'insight timer'. It's worth a try. I hope to see you back again:) Big hugs, Amanda. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel no matter how dark it sometimes appears.
Hi Jules once again ive injured myself....my back this time....and spent last week on the sofa. This week im much improved and wanted just some short gentle exercise. You never fail me no matter how fit or unfit i feel you always have the right video.....thank you so much ❤
Thanks for your kind comment, Lesley. I hope your back continues to feel better this week. I'll add my chair channel for you, too, which might come in handy some days: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts
Lol, this is what I am hoping others will do, too. My hope is people will do the 10 minutes thinking, "Oh, I guess I can manage 10 minutes"...and then they'll get energized from some exercise and actually want to do more:) I hope you had fun at your line dance class! Great to read things are opening up again.
Just tried this workout. Wow! Love how you incorporate both upper and lower body into your cardio workouts. Thank you. Appreciate working out with you. 🥰❤️
Thank you so much for having something for everyone and every level. Life knocks me down a lot, every time I start a weight loss program or a fitness journey, some new ailments come a long and knock me off course, then I make my excuses and give up. The thing that always gives me hope and remotivated me to try again, is my faith in the Lord, and the knowing that you have always got a workout that will accommodate me no matter what life throws my way. You take away my excuses. Thank you so much! God Bless! ❤
I'm so glad to read that you're finding videos on my channel that are helping. Just so you know that I have a second channel with seated workouts, too. On days when you're struggling, those are available, too:) One day a time and I truly hope you'll continue to get stronger. youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts
Let's face it, there are going to be days when us seniors just need a slower more gentle workout. I took a fall 2 days ago while out walking my dog & am still achy although thankful for no broken bones. This slow workout was perfect. Thanks for providing us with options
I'm so grateful for these gentle workouts. My mood was low today, blood pressure was high, and I didn't want to move but your workout was just the amount of effort I was able to give right now. I feel a little better now that I've sweat and moved my body. (20 minutes, 1155 steps, 1.1 miles, 8 mins in the cardio zone, 6 in fat burn zone and 6 mins light zone).
Thanks so much for your feedback and congrats for choosing to exercise. These gentle workouts are super healthy for the body...we don't have to work out super hard to see benefits in our bodies. I find a lot of people enjoy doing 2-3 short gentle ones throughout the day to keep the BP and blood sugar at better levels.
Hi Anne! I'm very happy to hear this workout will be suitable for you. Let me know if you feel more workouts like this would help and if so, what duration you would like to see. Thanks and wishing you a good recovery!
Oh my gosh this is a great workout option! I just finished the second round of your 5 week strength training program and do it before work and decided to try some of your cardio videos and this was perfect - easy to follow, got my heart rate up and was fun! -Tracey
These are great! I had double knee replacements and am starting back walking. I actually walk outside with you. Thank you for the many walking workouts. I started with the 10 min ones and will build up to 2 miles. It’s really helped my flexion!
I really enjoy this video. Just got certified to teach a move in motion class at the senior life center where I live. Really love teaching the class. Ur so awesome.😊
Recovering from bilateral total knee replacement and have been looking for a "gentle" start to working out that isn't too fast. This is perfect for me! Thank you!
I'm so glad this one works for you. I have plenty of gentle level workouts that should be suitable. If you go to the playlists and look under the 'gentle level' workouts, you'll find lots there. You can also look at them on my website at www.improvedhealthforseniors.com
Love this!!! Use this when I want to get some more steps in. I am soooo happy that I found you on TH-cam. You have really made an impact on my daily exercise routine!!! Thank you for all your efforts!!!
@@ImprovedHealth thank you for asking! I would love a few strength training videos. Hand weights, standing (or sitting for those who need it). I've only seen 1 from you, where your sweet dad is participating. There may be more and I don't see them. I made a routine for myself, but sometimes need a "push" to do it! 😁 Floors are out for me. So some alternative to sit ups and push ups would be great! Aren't you glad you asked? 😁😁 I realize that this is my wish list and you must think about everyone. So, just please keep this in mind. I'm following you on FB so I don't miss anything!! ❤
That’s perfect, thanks Linda! Strength training is actually the videos I am working on next. I have lots of ideas…just need to create them to work for different fitness levels. I do have a basic strength training workout…if you click on my logo on TH-cam, then go to ‘videos’, you’ll find it there. I also have a website, www.improvedhealthforseniors.com and all the videos are there, too. Although, I do need to update it with the newest videos. I’ll do that this weekend. Thanks so much for letting me know what will help!
You deserve more likes and subscribers. I just did this workout today because I was having some lower back problems. I worked up a sweat because I was doing it at a faster pace. It's good that your moves are easy to follow yet still covers a lot of muscles.
Thanks so much for this. I suffer from fibromyalgia (back/hip/shoulder pain mainly) and this is great for me. Gentle enough to be gentle but enough to feel Ive done something. The added bonus of increased steps keeps that part of my mind happy that thinks I need to do more steps. Its perfect! First time tonight and I will be back tomorrow to check out some of your other workouts. Thanks so very much xx
Welcome to my channel, Anita! I have created playlists so hopefully you will find more workouts there that will suit what works for you. I have recently started to create gentle 'all-in-one' workouts, too, which include strength, balance & stretching. I hope you enjoy the workouts enough to keep coming back to exercise:)
@@ImprovedHealth Im looking forward to looking today and choosing a different workout, Im really excited actually. So grateful for all you do. I will keep coming back for sure! 😊
Wow 15k! Congratulations Jules! Thank you so much for this workout, ideal for London weather 30 degrees. Love the music. Your thoughtfulness hard work and dedication is greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much, Helen. I took a picture of the 15,000 subscribers this morning before heading off to work:) Your comments are always so thoughtful. Thank you:)
Thank you so much. I'm a 60 year old with rhumatoid arthritis. Been having a very high resting heartbeat and had to just go on some nasty metropolol and eliquis that makes me feel even more sluggish than I already did with this RA. Your workout was perfect for me. I did the whole video and felt much better after. Thank you so much.
Welcome to my channel! Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) in both seated and standing workouts, and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find more at this level under the 'gentle level' playlists. I also started a second channel dedicated to chair workouts and will add the link for you here in case you enjoy seated stretches or workouts on days when the standing workouts are just too much: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts I now upload all new seated workouts to the new channel. Lastly, I upload all of the workouts from both channels to my website at www.improvedhealthforseniors.com I hope that helps and I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.
Good Jules, Another great workout for twelve minutes. 😊❤ I am going to try and do another one later on in the day. I been telling people about your workout and that I love them. ❤
It's going to take a little time getting used to gentle workouts, but I have to say I enjoyed it. I even got a tiny bit sweaty! Doing this today made me realize how good it feels to move my body. I did a plank afterward Thank you Jules!
Ahhh! That was refreshing. It's good to slow down and smell the 🌹🌹🌹 after a day of rush rush rush. And in a way, it takes more muscle to do the movements at a slower pace. More control. Thanks!
Hello. Thank you for these trainings. I exercise with you and smile at you when you smile at me from the screen. Exercises are perfect for me, I feel great after them. I'm writing to you from Poland. Greetings. Dorothy ❤❤❤
Today 3 week started but not want to push myself but than I saw this workout and its music lo and I m doing it. Thank you Jules for saving me from my guilt ( I feel guilty if I miss my workout 😂😂) so thank you
Just got over Covid and am easing back into my exercise routines. I got my core and strength in but decided to do the gentle walk so I don't over exert myself. Love the gentle beats of the music. So calming! thank you Jules!
Ankylosis Spontaneous and hip bursitis: This gentle walking and gentle exercise series combined with the 25 day strength training program is great. I am starting to walk stairs a little easier and get up from seated position better. I have tried your other beginner exercises but these gentle series are the best for my condition. Thank you!
So grateful for these gentler workouts Jules. My arthritis has gone into overdrive so these exercises mean I don't grind to a halt and have to start from scratch again when it all calms down....🤗
Hi again Jules.....I like this class as well as the chair, I am going to do this class again for the next 2 days and then move on to another....Thank you for suggesting these stand-up classes...have a wonderful day and may the Lord Bless you..
It's great that you tried the standing class:) I thought it would be doable for you. Good for you for trying it. I look forward to hearing about your progress as you continue.
Thank you a lot. I,ve just discovered your videos and it was what I was looking for for me. Music is very nice and in the end I finish sweating so it.s perfect. Congratulations for your job.
Thank you for these workouts. I was walking outside 4 or more times a week but sickness kept me indoors. I decided to look for walking in place and your videos are just right for me.
Currently going through chemo at the moment and this is a great workout for me on days when I'm tired but need a bit of movement. Surgery and chemo have knocked my fitness down many levels but at least this helps keep me in the game so I can start building up again and keeps my joints and back moving. Thank you!
First of all, good for you for continuing to workout for the sake of your muscles, fitness and mental health. I'm glad to read you can find the energy despite going through a very challenging time right now. I wish you all the best and hope everything goes well with your treatment.🫂
I am thrilled to read that you have progressed to these workouts! I have a second channel as well with a combo of standing and seated exercises. I'll add the link in case I haven't shared it with you: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts

Luv these easy walk for those blah days! This one I used after breakfast for digestion, already had a o'dark early morning hike, and just needed some more movement about hour later. Keep them coming!
Thank you for this. I was not in the mood to exercise but knew I should. When I saw this I decided to give it a try and am glad that I did. I usually do your seated videos but I was able to do this. Just want to say I like your videos with the count down clocks better than those without the clocks. I greatly appreciate all you do. Thanks very much.
Oh yay! I'm so glad to know that you usually do the seated workouts, but could manage this one. I purposely create the gentle ones to be exactly that...gentle. I'm also creating some combined seating and standing exercises on my new chair channel which might work well for you. I'll add the link in case you haven't seen my other channel: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts
I absolutely LOVED this workout! I struggle so much to keep up with other indoor walking videos that claim to be low impact and easy. I did take a couple breaks, but thats because I pushed myself a little and followed along to the speed of the music. Which even still wasn't that hard. Loved all of the moves and how it switched out every 30 seconds. I respect that there was no talking, but it did make the transitions to new moves a little awkward at times. Nothing that was too challenging though. I happily subscriber!

So happy I felt that I could (and wanted to) do this longer one! I've just been doing the 10 and 15 minute walks, but this was great for me. As always, thank you so much!

Changed my mind. Moved from 10 to 20 minutes session. Double the time, double the fun.
Great warm up for my line dance class this afternoon.
Thanks so much for your feedback. Ann. ❤️

Let's face it, there are going to be days when us seniors just need a slower more gentle workout. I took a fall 2 days ago while out walking my dog & am still achy although thankful for no broken bones. This slow workout was perfect. Thanks for providing us with options
Thank you, Sharon. I'm glad the gentle workout came in useful today. I'm sorry to hear about your fall but glad to read you are on the mend!
Love, love, love this one😍🤗!!! Thank you Jules!!! You have no idea what your workouts mean to me. Thank you for them 🤗.
Thank you so much for your comment, Laura. Truly appreciated!
I am recovering from a fractured foot, and I am ready to ease back into working out but still going easy on my body. This is perfect 😊
I hope the gentle level playlists will help you out until your foot is back to normal. Wishing you a quick recovery!
This was perfect for a lazy-ish rainy day in January. Thank you!
Perfect! I had an exhausting week and just needed a gentle workout. Thank you!🙌🤩
I wish you a less stressful week, Sandi.
I love this video. Always feel great after I am done. Thank u for this video. Beautiful smile.😊
Thanks Cheryl!
This is great for a Rest or Recovery Day workout too. Or an “I just don’t feel like working out.” Day when something is better than nothing.
Thank you, Laura:)
I had back surgery 6 weeks ago and this video will really help me get back into my walking routine again! Thanks! 😀
Hi Anne! I'm very happy to hear this workout will be suitable for you. Let me know if you feel more workouts like this would help and if so, what duration you would like to see. Thanks and wishing you a good recovery!
This was so helpful for after being sick for a couple of weeks. The slower pace was just right for my level of energy.
Sorry to read that you've been sick, Laurie. I'm glad you're feeling better.
This is even perfect after surgery when you have to go easy on your body and gradually get back to your original workout! Thank you again for sharing!
Great to read that you’re easing back into working out. Best to take it slow and be safe.
I love this video. Just the right pace to enjoy every move . thank u.. Such a nice person n smile.😀😊
Aw, what a kind comment. Thanks Cheryl! You can find plenty more like this one under the 'gentle level' playlists.
We love all your workouts. Thanks! Great!🌷
Thank you so much, Silvana:)
Oh my gosh this is a great workout option! I just finished the second round of your 5 week strength training program and do it before work and decided to try some of your cardio videos and this was perfect - easy to follow, got my heart rate up and was fun!
-Tracey
Thanks Tracey!
These are great! I had double knee replacements and am starting back walking. I actually walk outside with you. Thank you for the many walking workouts. I started with the 10 min ones and will build up to 2 miles. It’s really helped my flexion!
Thanks so much for letting me know that these have helped.
I really enjoy this video. Just got certified to teach a move in motion class at the senior life center where I live. Really love teaching the class. Ur so awesome.😊
Thanks for your feedback, Cheryl. Congrats on getting certified to teach!
Wow, thank you so much for such a kind, thoughtful comment. Any requests for future videos? What would benefit you?
@@ImprovedHealth anytime! 😁
You deserve more likes and subscribers. I just did this workout today because I was having some lower back problems. I worked up a sweat because I was doing it at a faster pace. It's good that your moves are easy to follow yet still covers a lot of muscles.
Thanks so much for your kind comment, Freda. I definitely appreciate it.❤️
Thanks so much for this.
@@anitah694 Thank you so much, Anita. I hope you enjoyed whatever workout you chose next:)
I also started a second channel dedicated to chair workouts and will add the link for you here in case you enjoy seated stretches or workouts on days when the standing workouts are just too much: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts
I now upload all new seated workouts to the new channel.
Lastly, I upload all of the workouts from both channels to my website at www.improvedhealthforseniors.com
I hope that helps and I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.
@@ImprovedHealth thank you so much. Very helpful 🥰
Perfect for this day that I can hardly get going. Thank you!
I hear ya...we all have days like that. Hopefully the workout will energize you more for the day:)
Good Jules, Another great workout for twelve minutes. 😊❤
I am going to try and do another one later on in the day.
I been telling people about your workout and that I love them. ❤
Thank you SO much for sharing my channel with others, Carol!
perfect...love this background. So restful and fun to walk with you.
Thank you for your feedback.
Went just a little bit longer today. I think it’s going to be a slow road. We may be a little down, but we’re not out!! This was a great one!
So glad to read that you're doing what you can. I've developed a cold over the weekend and feeling rundown, too.
@@ImprovedHealth , I’m sorry you’re not feeling well; I hope you are better soon.
It's going to take a little time getting used to gentle workouts, but I have to say I enjoyed it. I even got a tiny bit sweaty! Doing this today made me realize how good it feels to move
my body. I did a plank afterward Thank you Jules!
I think you'll enjoy the slower movements more than you realized as time goes on. We'll continue this journey together, Valerie:)
As always thank you very much for the wonderful exercise! ❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for your lovely feedback.❤️
Fantastic! Just what I needed, thank you!!
Ahhh! That was refreshing. It's good to slow down and smell the 🌹🌹🌹 after a day of rush rush rush. And in a way, it takes more muscle to do the movements at a slower pace. More control. Thanks!
So true about the slower movements:) Thanks for letting me know that you enjoyed the exercises.
Hello. Thank you for these trainings. I exercise with you and smile at you when you smile at me from the screen. Exercises are perfect for me, I feel great after them. I'm writing to you from Poland. Greetings. Dorothy ❤❤❤
Thanks Dorothy!
Today 3 week started but not want to push myself but than I saw this workout and its music lo and I m doing it. Thank you Jules for saving me from my guilt ( I feel guilty if I miss my workout 😂😂) so thank you
Ah, well I am happy to read this workout helped you get in some exercise today:)
Just got over Covid and am easing back into my exercise routines. I got my core and strength in but decided to do the gentle walk so I don't over exert myself. Love the gentle beats of the music. So calming! thank you Jules!
Glad to read that you’re feeling better and easing back into exercise. Welcome back!
fun and easy, just what I was looking for after dinner. Thank you.
Ankylosis Spontaneous and hip bursitis: This gentle walking and gentle exercise series combined with the 25 day strength training program is great. I am starting to walk stairs a little easier and get up from seated position better. I have tried your other beginner exercises but these gentle series are the best for my condition. Thank you!
Thank you so much for your feedback. I'm so glad that you're enjoying these workouts and seeing a difference in your strength. That's great news!
Amazing workout for when I am having an off day. Really nice cues and easy-to-follow! Thanks for posting! :)
Thanks Miranda!
Did this after lunch and out of breath! Thank you!
I did your dad’s knee program, then the hip and leg so decided to try a light cardio. Nailed it! This fit the bill for today!
Oh yay! Excellent!
So grateful for these gentler workouts Jules. My arthritis has gone into overdrive so these exercises mean I don't grind to a halt and have to start from scratch again when it all calms down....🤗
Thank you for letting me know that you’re enjoying these gentle workouts.
Just what I needed Thank you

I love this video. Thank u for the beautiful smile n workout.☺
Thanks Cheryl!
Thank you for these workouts. I was walking outside 4 or more times a week but sickness kept me indoors. I decided to look for walking in place and your videos are just right for me.
I'm so glad to know that you're enjoying my workouts. Thanks for letting me know.
I love the music with this video. Just had cataract surgery a few days ago and this was gentle enough to do some light exercising. Thank you! 💕
Thank you for the feedback. I'm glad to read that you were able to start exercising again.
Did this one today - 6 weeks out from knee surgery - probably moving on to beginner videos next week! Yay - definite progress!
Amazing, Wendy!
Thank you! Just finished doing it again.@@ImprovedHealth
Hi Jules,
This workout was awesome for today. I just needed a low workout today, and I probably do one at night . Thank you again 😊😊❤
Thanks to your videos l am getting better after my surgery
I started with your chair workouts and now I am trying this video

Luv these easy walk for those blah days! This one I used after breakfast for digestion, already had a o'dark early morning hike, and just needed some more movement about hour later. Keep them coming!
Kudos to you for going for a morning hike, and then exercising again an hour later! 💪
@@ImprovedHealth thank you for the link. I just subscribed to that channel. I'll try one of the videos later today.
Thank You Jules never get bored with your amazing workouts.
Thanks for sharing that, Martha.🥰
I absolutely LOVED this workout! I struggle so much to keep up with other indoor walking videos that claim to be low impact and easy. I did take a couple breaks, but thats because I pushed myself a little and followed along to the speed of the music. Which even still wasn't that hard. Loved all of the moves and how it switched out every 30 seconds. I respect that there was no talking, but it did make the transitions to new moves a little awkward at times. Nothing that was too challenging though. I happily subscriber!
Thanks so much for taking the time to let me know that you're new here. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'gentle level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.
I enjoyed this video. It was perfect for me. Challenging but I was able to do the whole workout. I really enjoy your channel. I always find a great workout ❤👍😊

Thank you for this! I'm 72 and have been very sedentary for quite a few years due to chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. I think this workout is perfect for me right now. Hope to be consistent and see progress ♥️

Excellent work out just completed a year after spine surgery very helpful. I am 75 years but find this very doable.
Thank you for letting me know that you enjoyed this one. I have lots more like this one in the 'gentle level' playlists. Kudos to you for working on your fitness again after spine surgery. There are always exercises we can do to continue to get stronger. 💪
So happy I felt that I could (and wanted to) do this longer one! I've just been doing the 10 and 15 minute walks, but this was great for me. As always, thank you so much!
Congrats on choosing a longer one today! That tells me you're getting stronger:)
Thank you so much, Jules 🙏
This was perfect since I am trying to get back to standing workouts after a New Years gout attack. I did just fine! Yay!
So glad to read that it's improving!
@@ImprovedHealth I am too. It could also have been inflammatory arthritis. I won’t be running intervals, at least for a while.
