    Here's links to the essential parts I used, which you can use for ANY DRUM!

    I actually saw a drummer in Paris in the early 80’s
    He was busking, I chatted with him because I noticed the little kit and yes it was also a 12 inch bass drum , he was from Wales.
    We stayed in contact, his name is Steve Hubback, he makes cymbals.
    Watching your video reminded me of this meeting many years ago.
    Your kit sounds great and I like your playing,
    Thank you, 🙏

    There's at least one child-size drum kit that has a 12" bass drum, and it has the usual hoops and claws that would help with aesthetics, if one wants that type of hoop. Nice execution!

    Not sure how hard you've stomped on that thing at a gig, but how have those little hoop clamps held up? Do they ever get loose throughout the course of a gig?
    Also, do they leave any "bite" marks on the hoop?
    Very cool video, man. 👍🏼

    • @DomPalombiMusic
      @DomPalombiMusic  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for the kind words. As of right now, things have been really solid actually. The Clamps have held up really well after about a year of using this setup!
      Perhaps when digging into the drum, the legs might turn a bit if you're smashing it too hard. But in all honesty it's very easy to manage volume with this.
