    A resistance band workout would be great! I'm currently working away from home and I'm finding them useful for exercising when I can't get access to weights. I'd love to try a workout you've designed around them. Thanks for all your work, Joe.

    I started this one yesterday and have done it again today. I'm going through a bit of a stressful period atm and honestly this quick blasts are making me feel not physically better but also mentally. The clarity it brings to my mind once I have finished is brilliant! I cannot thank you enough for putting these up and for FREE! What you are about is amazing and thank you! I love dumbbell workouts but would love to see a resistance band too!

    Just heard my trainer has cancelled due to what's happening, the right thing to do. I needed something after a short run this morning and this worked a treat thank you JW! Love to see some barbell stuff if you can. Amazing to see you on the group PE at 9am every morning, great idea. Thank you for keeping the nation fit.

    Nice to use the weights a bit! Love the timer to be able to keep going those last 10secs of each workout 👍

    Great work out Joe. The timer helps as you can have shorter rest if u feel u want to work harder. More savage dumb bells! Big thanks too you are getting me through lockdown and Stressful NHS job 😀

    My first dumbbell workout although I have used them in a couple of others. I did 40/20 on the non dumbbell ones. This has given me ideas on how to use them in other workouts. Thanks so much Joe x

    Great workout. Having loved nearly 5 months of PE with Joe (and got the t-shirt 😂) I’m trying out all the other workouts. It’s made such a difference to my fitness. Resistance bands would be good. Thanks for all you do 👍

    thanks Body Coach - it was a bit easy for me as I usually do your advanced HIT but I made it harder by going longer and using a few weights in places. Love the variety!

    Really enjoyed this combination of exercises but prefer them to be 40secs exercise with 20secs rest. I try to keep going for an extra 10secs but it’s hard to push through when you’ve stopped 😄

    Great video - first time I have followed steps from any online trainer. This 20 min one is one of my goto vids for a quick, nasty workout...really gets the heart rate up. Appreciate your effort in putting these out. Must be doing something right if you can get a lifelong cyclist onto the weights : )
