You both are very inspiring and awesome runners. I like the red and black fashion. The running on varied terrain is great. I do that and wear different shoes everyday. The different running options are great in your area.
You guys are so inspiring, running every day for the last 200 days is an awesome achievement especially on days when you are not feeling good. This dedicated consistency is now reaping the derserved rewards in your recent fast race results, Pbs & QTs. Very informative video guys, well done 👍👍👍
Completely agree! I try and remove as many barriers as possible to ensuring I get out each day (kit organised, up before the kids etc.) and also investing in some nice gear from time to time or entering a race, just to reboot the system and get the motivation going again!
Good stuff. I've been running almost every day over recent weeks, but the point you made about being careful when running by pace is something I've been thinking about lately. I'm going to try running by heart rate for a while, to make sure efforts are more realistic, and I'm not overdoing things on threshold runs or easy days.
Thanks for sharing your experience with daily running! It's inspiring to see how you've made it a part of your lifestyle and found ways to keep it enjoyable. Keep on running, dears!
Great tips! It's something I've always wanted to do, but I just think with my physical job as a gardener, it might not be a good idea. I have managed to fit in a recovery run the last couple of weeks after Track Tuesday. Hopefully, this will help improve my form!
Great ideas there, I'm very much on the message about lifestyle and slow pace runs. I'm thinking I might need to add a cheeky Sunday run in. I want to get consistently into the 22 min parkrun bracket. And then see where else I can drop to. I got a 6 second pb overall at Pontefract yesterday. 22:41 but I was annoyed that in k 4 I couldn't hold the pace to 4:30 per k and I was feeling tired.
Great video as always 👍 and want beautifil routes ❤I've always lived in lovely running areas and appreciate that - and I've never had a problem running very easily😂 😂 even when I was a teenager - I'd have to 'hang on' to the guys I was running with at times !!! But on my own or generally with friends I always loved chatting pace runs! Probably explains why I'm still ( almost) daily running 50 years on!
Thanks. It makes a difference with motivation to run in nice areas. 👌 Running easy is a delight, especially after a race or hard session, and as you say, it helps with longevity. 😁

Thanks, Richard. We recently had the kit made up and very pleased with it, and we do feel lucky with our running options. 🏃♀️👍

Yep. Too many people think 'that's too slow for me'. When it isn't. Nothing is too slow. Plenty is too fast.

Thanks, Mihai. 👍

I guess a day of heavy gardening is like doing an S&C session. You're probably getting a lot of benefit from that for your running!

Well done on the 6 second pb! A cheeky Sunday run sounds good. 😁
