    This deep sleep guided meditation and sleep hypnosis also contains visualisation techniques as well as a variety of positive suggestions and language patterns to send you off to sleep in a happier, more positive and productive frame of mind.
    In addition to helping you fall asleep fast, over time and with repeated listening, this track will help you avoid ruminating on the past with remorse, regret and upset, as well as help you avoid negatively forecasting the future with fear, anxiety and apprehension. This way, you can stay in the present - in the now. When your mind is clear of the burden of looking forwards or backwards, it can turn its attention inwards to your own personal benefit. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.

    Thank you for this, some good work here and I’m sure very helpful for many people. Just a bit of feedback, as previously mentioned by another listener, the intro did seem quite long. And lastly, may be I missed it but I found I was waiting to be told to release the fist which became a major distraction .

    I listened to this last night while falling to sleep and slept from 11:30pm to 4am which is great for me! 4.5hrs! Then went back to sleep till 7:30am. I'll try it again tonight.
