    3 or 4 years ago I was going through heroin withdrawals doing everything in my power to fall asleep. I discovered you at that point and although I didn't feel better nor get sleep, you helped with the anxiety I had. Im clean now and living a normal life and still listening your recordings!     Every night I put this on cause I have insomnia. I start listening and I always tell myself "Nah this isn't going to work tonight, there's too much on my mind". The next thing my alarm is going off and I wake up wondering when the hell I actually fell asleep. And I mean at which part of the video I passed out! I am honestly thinking I haven't made it past 30 minutes.
    This is the 4th night tonight that I'll use this to sleep. IT WORKS. Honestly can't explain how incredible this is.

    My son used to have insomnia. He would take 2 hours to fall asleep, and would wake up every hour, the first 4 years of his life. He had ADHD, and I believe he had a hard time quieting his mind. But, then, I discovered you! Your recording is like magic for him. It gives him something to focus his mind on, and he enjoys it. We listen every night, and I tell every person that struggles with sleep to listen to your channel. Thank you so much

    I’m a chronic pain sufferer after a failed spinal surgery. At 5am one morning, I was so tired, I could have cried after not sleeping for a couple of nights. This is the 1st hypnosis meditation I’ve done. I was skeptical, but I’ve had the best nights rest ever! Thank you so much for relieving my pain & allowing me the rest I need.       I am so sorry that you have chronic pain. It is debilitating, emotionally and physically exhausting. I was taught to meditate by a therapist who focuses on people with chronic or terminal illnesses. It is hypnosis. She made a recording of her voice going through the process with me so I could go into a deep state of meditation at any time. I had to practice but, with time, I was able to meditate without the recording and have used it to help me cope with my nerve damage pain and with the stress of medical procedures. I don't think I'll ever reach the state of monks who can raise their body temperature or reach the point of not needing a local anesthetic for procedures. But, it helps a lot. I wish you well.

    Just in case anyone doesn't know...Sleep headphones are a thing. I didn't know about them for far too long. As a side sleeper they have become essential.

      @@justme-ij2qy I made my own headband with a bit of extra padding but the one it comes with is comfortable enough. I like to use it to cover my eyes too so I wanted a natural material that would be nicer on my face. They have several kinds though. I hope it helps. Good luck

      These are not special sleep head phones but I use the in ear Sony MDR-Ex 110
      They are quite flat and very comfortable for sleeping and inexpensive :-)

    Im only a kid but I have sleeping problems and it used to take me hours to fall asleep than I discovered Michael and now I fall asleep in minutes. Whenever I listen to him I feel relaxed and thankful that the long hard day is now fading away and I can lay down and know that everything will be ok.😴

    Thank you, Michael. I've had severe, chronic insomnia for decades. Your sleep hypnosis videos on TH-cam are working when all else has failed, including strong sleeping pills. I especially appreciate the self-soothing components of your meditations. As someone with a history of trauma AND a whacked circadian rhythm, you are a voice of reassurance in a sea of self-hatred. (Who fails at sleeping?!?)) I'm very grateful.

    I’m a military veteran with PTSD and sleep has been difficult for me for a few years. I used to use wine to sedate myself but now use melatonin and these videos. So so miraculous!!

    I want to say thank you! For years I have listened to you. I have had trauma in my life, and I have a son with autism. I literally lay awake at night sometimes and worry. I some how came across your TH-cam’s. The crazy thing is my son with autism has many sleepless nights and I can put these on, and boom he’s passed out. No more meds- it’s not every night, but when it’s one of those nights this is my go to. It has never let me down.

    I'm in Japan and there's a big typhoon going on right now. I tried to sleep but I couldn't the whole night. Then at around 5 in the morning I listened to this in headphones (sound of the typhoon was too scary & disturbing). It helped me fall asleep. At least I could sleep for 2 hours. Thank you.

    Since changing my work schedule to nights three months ago I’ve been having really bad insomnia. My circadian rhythm is the worst it’s ever been because of this. I end up sleeping around 5am and waking up +2pm it’s just awful for me. I came upon this channel last night for a last resort solution. I started the hypnosis around 12am, fell asleep quick, and woke up feeling energized and jumped out of bed by 8am!! I’m so happy I feel more like myself! And I know if I go to bed sooner I will wake up even earlier. I’m so happy getting my life back lol

    Bless you mate. Your a master at guided meditations and truly not only increase lucidity in dreams but also deep sleep.. I remember one video of yours I heard your voice in my dreams and I became hyper aware that I was dreaming and made it really cool.

    Most times when I listen to you, Michael, I am fortunate to drop off to sleep. But at times like this when I am deeply troubled and cannot fall asleep, your calming voice and creative mental suggestions still give my spirit rest. I'm thankful. Years of mental and emotional abuse and starvation pays a serious toll on one's sense of peace and comfort.     Hi Michael - you saved me with this! My stress and anxiety was so bad several nights ago. At 2am I decided to put this on as I have not been able to sleep. Initially I had a tight chest, stiff muscles and rapid breathing - about 40 mins into this meditation my whole body relaxed. I have to say I had never had this level of stress and anxiety before. I'm not sure how you know all the right things to say - but everything you said helped me so much. I have realized my mind has just become stuck in a repetitive way of thinking. Thanks so much. I am eternally grateful for having access to your meditation sessions at this hour when you feel so alone and there is no one to talk to.

    I received my c0vid vaccine today, and had the normal side effects of a temperature and nausea. I couldn't shake it no matter what I did, until I listened to this, this recording was SO powerful, my body went from freezing cold to warm, and after 10 minutes my nausea stopped.     I have to thank Michael for this medication. I listened to it today to relax myself for a root canal. I took the long, beautiful walk to the pool as I waited for the Novocain to set in. The audio continued to play (through headphones) during the procedure. Even when I couldn’t hear Michael’s voice over the drilling, I was able to keep picturing the beautiful pool and feeling the warmth of the healing waters. I even told the dental staff and they took note of his name. Maybe they will suggest others do the same.

    This is magical and got me through a period of my life when I couldn't sleep all night due depression and insomnia and thankfully I overcame it eventually, and now I sleep by myself but I always recommend these videos for sleeping right. I usually fall asleep around min 4 or 10 xd lmao 😂

    For years and years I have tried meditation for relieving stress and improving spirit. I am unable to say I achieved any appreciable degree of success or satisfaction. I have been listening for about one week to your sessions. I find them so very helpful. This is an understatement. Your sessions are poetic and beautiful.     I have chronic insomnia which I have medication for and sleep approximately 3 to 4 hours a night. Last night I was desperate so I decided to look up sleep hypnosis and came across this one. Being extremely skeptical and desperate I decided to try it and woke up six hours later! Unbelievable. Thank you so much.

    I literally haven’t slept in 2 weeks I’ve always struggled with insomnia but this is really really tough . I’ve tried pills sedatives melatonin etc and still awake I’m parked in the car after a failed ride (passenger) to put me to sleep didn’t work now I’m listening to this . I’m reading your comments and you are all so nice and beautiful souls I hope you sleep and feel content .

    I was up all night long trying to fall asleep but nothing was working. I finally fell asleep at around 5:45 am and slept for maybe 15 mins befor my husbands alarm wokr me up again. I had trouble yet again and could fall back asleep. Then finally i got fed up at around 7:30 and i found this video . It instantly put me to sleep! Thank you so much. I will continue to use this on my nights i especially have trouble falling asleep!

    I have always dreaded sleep time. Since I was a child, I suffered both insomnia and nightmares. Right now I am going through the worst time in my life. So much sorrow, so much anguish. And being awake to relive it all was a torture that I didn't think I could take much longer.
    Then I found Michael.
    Now going to bed is my salvation because his voice is here to soothe me and (miracles do happen!) I can leave my pain behind and sleep with no nightmares. I wake up without anxiety for the first time in years.
    Honestly he is saving my life. Some days I feel like giving up, but then I remember I have relief: this and other recordings that calm me and make me sleep like no shrink, pills or exercise have done ever before.
    It's 4:34 AM now. Just checked my kids are okay. They are. So I can go back to sleep because Michael Sealy is an angel. He has to be.

    This genuinely works! Everytime i watch this, im awake for 2 minutes and then i actually just black out into a deep sleep and wake up the next feeling super fresh! This is my 4th time using this

    last night I definetely felt myself slip in and out of a deep dream like state, then I would remember I'm listening to something and become more conscious.This happened around 4-5 times and then I switched my position. I was very noticeably comfortable, the kind of cozy you can appreciate only when you're relaxed and peaceful. I then started to think too much but the audio was soothing enough that I must have abandoned my thoughts for sleep. The next thing I remember is waking up before my alarm because I had slept so well.
    If you are struggling with sleep definitely give this audio a try!

    I had a job interview and had so much anxiety that I couldn't sleep. No matter what I tried, I couldn't. Then I found this. While I didn't fall asleep, at least I think I didn't, I still felt well rested for my interview. I'll be using these every night from now on...

    I swear this was a hypnosis. I woke up to my alarm, ina freaking haze of “what, huh, it’s morning?” Don’t get me wrong, I slept through the whole night, didn’t wake up once. I think that’s what took me off guard 😂 I usually wake up/take my earphones out when the meditation is over but I woke up, confused, earphones still in, phone lost in the covers, and I didn’t remember A THING he even said 🤣 I was OUT!!!

    Every time I listen to this video whether it's to take a nap in the afternoon or go to sleep at night......I pass out within the first 15 minutes and sleep like a rock. I always would wake up alot at night and struggle to get some good sleep. Now I get some nice sleep time. Thank you Michael
