    Whether you are listening to this sleep hypnosis for pain relief or simply to relax and fall asleep, a consistent theme among my videos is the concept of bringing your mind away from the past and from the future… and back to the present. Very often, it is the negative and upsetting emotions associated with looking backwards with regret and remorse, as well as looking forwards with fear and apprehension that make it difficult to switch off and stop your mind spinning, especially at night time when we are often alone with our thoughts. When you are able to place your mind in the present, you are free from those emotional burdens.
    This audio track is safe and suitable for frequent listening - as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.

    It doesn't matter which one I pick can't get through 5min before I'm out😵😴 I still wake up a few times a night but now I'm looping you and I'm no longer trying a couple hours to go to sleep it's within minutes and I wake up feeling like I got today😃🤗 Bless you and your family and everything you do❤

      I did that last night too! I wake up- new puppies- but it really helped mopping the playlist. I put mine in a que so I can create my own list- although they are all good

    I had another back surgery yesterday morning, and I have a horrible migraine that nothing is treating; it's now 1am. 😢 So, I'll listen to you, dear Nick, to get some sleep. Thank you for all your help. ❤ This past month has been hell, so I haven't been commenting much. But I do listen and always appreciate you so much! Oh, do you watch American Baseball? Our Arizona Diamondbacks are going to the World Series!! My sons & I are so excited! I'm not well enough to go to any live games, but they're going to. So exciting!! We haven't won since 2000. Now off to receive some pain relief.... ❤🤗❤️🥰

      I’m sorry! I have a lot of autoimmune issues including Sjogren’s, and now Lyme. I’m in a lot of pain, while I’m being treated, but I have meds which help. Stay strong. We have no other choice❣️🙏

      @karmakat77 - remember it’s always darkest before dawn. It may sound cliche, but remember many of us are finding comfort in small steps everyday. Sometimes a big workout, or step forward, is just putting on your sneakers or listening to one of these recordings. Each day we move forward believing these are small positive steps towards progress.
      I have both lipedema and lymphedema in my legs and live in daily pain. I feel the swelling going down as I listen to these recordings.
      I hope you find comfort anywhere you can.
