    This deep sleep guided meditation and sleep hypnosis also contains visualisation techniques as well as a variety of positive suggestions and language patterns to send you off to sleep in a happier, more positive and productive frame of mind.
    This audio is voice only with no background sounds or music. If you prefer a background sound track, this session is also available with alternative sound options.
    In addition to helping you fall asleep fast, over time and with repeated listening, this track will help you avoid ruminating on the past and negatively forecasting the future, and instead enable you to focus solely on the present. When your mind is clear of the burden of looking forwards or backwards, it can turn its attention inwards to your own personal benefit. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.

    This is my absolute favorite video so far of all the numerous ones I heard this year, I am learning to live in the present, I don’t dwell that much on the past but I worry about the future. Please make your next one dedicated to more guided breathing. Thank you so much & I am truly grateful. BTW Your voice is very soothing and hypnotic, it does put me in a trance…🙏🏽

      I too prefer voice only. I find any music or other ‘noise’ distracting.

    I love your relaxing voice and meaningful words. I didn’t like the countdown as it was distracting. I also wish there were moments of quiet with no talking.

    I like the quality of the sound and your voice but I couldn’t relax because of the elongated gaps where the ‘commas’ would be… perhaps elongate the last or next word instead..? I wish more people would do these with a black screen and just a voice. Thank you.

    I don’t understand the suggestion of shallow breathing. It seems like shallow breathing is hyperventilating.
