    I'm so glad for.this one..I love that you kept saying cosy/comforting..I was most relaxed in the beginning..but as it went on with the music added, the music was like a light on..it became irritating..so I switched to this..what a relief.

      Hi Lauren, I love your voice. But have you got (please) just a typical nidra meditation, so just a body scan, breathing (so only physical). No words about healing etc. But still using this relaxing sleepy voice.
