    I have written this sleep hypnosis to help you fall asleep fast as well as to stop overthinking before bedtime so that you can enjoy a blissful night's sleep by reducing anxiety and negative thinking.
    This deep sleep guided meditation and sleep hypnosis also contains visualisation techniques as well as a variety of positive suggestions and language patterns to send you off to sleep in a happier, more positive and productive frame of mind.
    In addition to helping you fall asleep fast, over time and with repeated listening, this track will help you avoid ruminating on the past and negatively forecasting the future, and instead enable you to focus solely on the present. When your mind is clear of the burden of looking forwards or backwards, it can turn its attention inwards to your own personal benefit. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.

    This was lovely to listen to in the early hours of the morning when I struggle to get back to sleep. Sometimes can be awake for hours.Should I just put this on straight away or get up and try and feel tired again? I always listen to Nick’s meditations before going to sleep as an integrated part of my routine now and find them soothing and comforting. However this waking pattern is difficult to break. Thank you for all your dedication and help, Nick .
