Right? Sometimes I follow along with these 5 min ab videos and most of the time I barely get through the workout. When recording the videos I think the adrenaline kicks in and makes it a little easier to do. But after that... it's tough! Thanks for watching!
Should I be doing this along with your other super abs workout video and also eat healthy and some cardio and I should be guaranteed a six pack in 1-2 minths with 18% body fat

I just followed your 5 min lowed abs which you updated 3 months ago, what's the differences between this one and the 3 months ago ?
There are some different movements in this one vs. the other video. It's good to switch up the exercises but they both target the lower abs.
