      I see you can do a shuffle with these workouts so it is it not imperative that you do them in order then? I would like to follow the order that you have them in!

      Wow, I thought I had subscribed last year, but it showed I wasn't. So weird. Anyway, that you so much for these ab workouts. I always # ya'll in my tiktok workout updates when I do it.
      Now, this was rough! And I LOVED it. The burn was oh so good...at least now that I'm done, lol😂 Trying to get this belly toned as much as possible before November when that holiday food comes a knocking 😂😂😂 Yes, I am thinking that far ahead 😊

      Combine it with another 5 minute video like the Love Handle work-out. I promise you, the sweat will drip off you. Then you have 10 minutes of great ab work.

    I have a love/hate relationship with these workouts. I love doing them but my body hates me for it during them, which means they work. Only 5 minutes but with no rest in between you feel it alright!
