    I hardly ever write comments but I just really need to thank you so much for this workout 😀 it's super effective, no clue if it has to do with the repeated flutter kicks but it works like hell!
    I used to have some sort of abs thanks to a year of doing some other routines which I hated and looking at it now, I realize I was doing most of the exercises wrong, and also the sets didn't provide enough intensity. My abs were there but not really visible. But then I found your workout (this one and a couple others targeting lower abs and obliques) and it became my morning routine and after doing it for a few weeks (less than 2 months) I got legit framed abs with a six pack. Also I've done calorie control for over six months so that was essential but the point is, before your workouts, other routines didn't work that effectively.
    (I do your workouts with 10 sec breaks between exercises cause otherwise I wouldn't be able to do all of then correctly, they wouldn't be getting their full 30 secs and that would probably work badly.)
    Anywho, thank you so much ❤️ your other workouts are also great, and to anyone who doubts: they work 🔥🔥

    I can't talk more highly of this channel . Hands off the best workouts for the abdomen . I absolutely loved Dan's form for the flutter kicks keeping the range short and controlled, those flutter kicks murdered my lower abs for sure 😂. A great total 10 min workout ensuring that max TUT 💪🏻❤

    Great workout, thanks!
    However, you should realy consider adding a bell och some other tone that rings whenever each exercise is completed. That way we don’t have to keep looking at the screen while doing the exercises to know when to switch to the next one.

    Great video. It would be nice if you added a tone or notification sound at the end of an exercise. I would often glance at the screen and you had moved on to another exercise.

    The crazy amount to flutter kicks was actually kinda smart, around the third set my legs started to really ache which forced me to concentrate and redistribute the tension to my abs which relieved the strain from the back of my thighs almost completely. Defiantly worth practicing!

    Flutter kicks are the most painful exercise for me. After the second set I was like good I'm done with these. Little did I know I had 6 sets to go haha thank you for the workout.

    Nice workout. Just one tiny question: aren't v-ups supposed to be done with both the legs and arms held straight meeting in the middle?

      Thanks for watching! Yes, this is a modified version of a true v-up where you are completely suspended (arms and legs off the ground). If you want to make that exercise more difficult, you can raise your arms and legs and meet in the middle.

    Will these videos good for lose belly fat ?

      They will help, but losing belly fat means you need to lose body fat. To do that you need to be in a caloric deficit. In other words.. your nutrition will help you lose the fat and exercise, including ab workouts, help to define your muscles

      Thanks for the sub and comment! My advice would be to stay consistent, even if that means squeezing in 5 or 10 min workouts throughout the week. Focus on high quality reps vs. quantity. Slowing down and keeping your muscles under tension for longer periods of time will help you to build strong and lean muscle, but like anything, switch up your workouts so they don't get boring and that will also help you to see results faster.     Not one of your better videos. I found the dog too distracting and you kept stopping, and I thought I was supposed to stop, too. I love dogs as much as the next person, but not when I'm trying to follow along and do a 10-minute workout. Also, there's no sound or bell to inform you when to change exercises so you have to constantly watch the countdown on the screen. I'll try one of your other videos.
