The other thing that's going on as Moore steers into book three is an adjusted trajectory from Book One (which was written before Swamp Thing) to the last book (which was written after Watchmen). Moore has stated that after writing his final word on superheroes in Watchmen he was confronted with having to write a further final word in Miracleman. I wonder how much of his original ideas were siphoned off by Watchmen in the interim and how much remained intact.
The cover artist is John K Snyder, one of Fiffe’s favorites.
Man, Risso is so good that one of his hallmarks is drawing scenes taking place within the backgrounds of other scenes. There's a couple of panels in 100 bullets where he sells a shipping dock at night by just spotting the shadow sides of some containers.
Great talk. Checkered floor in a modern house for that one panel is quite the taste...

Speaking of space and depth of field and crowd... i guess ryan ottley is the artist to go to.
Marked out hard when Eduardo Risso's name came up. I absolutely adore his 100 Bullets run and pretty much anything he has ever worked on. Really appreciated hearing everyone's brief opinion on him.
