Getting through this video was a bit confusing though because you talked about the exercises you did with a visual of a different exercise. It was hard to understand the valuable information you were giving. I think if you’re going to talk about things that aren’t explanations of the exercises, it’d be more helpful in an intro so we’re not trying to piece together the workout. Again, I really love your content, it was just a bit confusing in this video

How do you lower weights and increase weights in a week? What if I do? Monday: harmstring and glutes Tuesday:Push day Wednesday: Quad day Thursday:Pull day. Where do I put those session in? I always try to increase my weight every week but sometimes I stick with a weight for long time, this sounds useful

You need 48 hours of Rest so you can train f.ex. Day 1 upper Body Day 2 lower Body Day 3 cardio + Abs Day 4 upper Body Day 5 lower Body Day 6 cardio + Abs or break Day 7 break
If you need to get your period back then try workouts with low impact. Low impact workouts for example are very good for pelvic floow and core, they seem simple but complex. Also you might not need to workout everyday, but 3 times a week for hour or 1,30 hours. Don't do too much. Start small and build up, check your diet also for period because some products can influence a lot your period. You wont lose muscle if you are moving everyday like walking and working out regularly.

Do you have any tips on traveling? I have made SO much progress in the last year with my body and my glutes I am freaking out about losing my progress and losing my butt and my muscle. I'm going to Australia and it takes two days of flying to get there and I'll be there for 2 weeks. I have access to a gym I will be using and I'm changing my diet to macros to make things easier. I'm used to eating every 3hrs and I know I wont be able to do that there. If anyone, honestly, could give me some tips that would be great!!
My biggest honest to god tip is to enjoy yourself. Life is so so short. Workout when you can and eat well but other than that just have the best time. Your body has readjusted its baseline. It’ll probably only take a couple of weeks to get back where you are now, even if you take the two weeks off completely! Safe travels!
Wait, the screenshot you put of your app on second 33 shows tempo instructions but I have your app and it doesn’t have that for me 🤔 I had downloaded your programs on PDF before you released your app and the tempo instructions are something I really miss from the PDFs. Is this a country issue?? Is my app different bc I’m in the US? Help 🥺
When you click the play button in the planner you'll see the workout overview (as shown in video), then click any exercise to see the detailed gym mode (with video, tempo etc)
Is it possible to lose 80-100lbs but also grow a big butt at the same time? Obviously not right bc I’m trying to lose fat - eat less but than gain muscle - eat more protein. So my best bet is lose weight and just maintain my butt?
A beginner can do both at the same time, you can build muscle and lose fat. Make sure your protein intake is on point, you need this to build muscle and it will make you less hungry so that helps with fat loss. You should eat in a calorie deficit, but keep the deficit small, like 10 percent less calories than what you normally need. Train the big muscle groups like glutes, legs, back. If you have more muscle, you will burn more calories while resting because they need to repair. Which makes you lose fat. So focusing on muscle growth will help you lose fat, but only if you eat correctly! Don't focus on isolation work like abs and stuff. The only isolation work you should do is some glute isolation exercizes, but mainly focus on compound movements like RDL's, squats, lunges.
