Thanks for this learning videos about carb.i would really appreciate if you can help and explain my problem,i just bought a 1981 h.ex.nc50 with a rusted and plugged up carb,so i bought a chinese made one fr ebay and when i installed it,the gas lever throtle is totaly loose and the jet needle wont go up or down,theres just no function,so i wonder how am i gonna make it work?im just a begginner lol' thank you....

Hey, I put on a new throttle cable and bike wont start. I remember there being a clear plastic piece covering the cable on the carburetor end. Do u think that's the problem?

I tried this two years ago on a JAWA 50cc and it was a diarrhea mess. I assembled and disassembled it like four times and it simply WAS Not right. The throttle cable was like real loose and didn’t snap back after a twist. It was just an assAnine diahretic mess for me. MMmmmmmmmmmm, mmmmmmmmmm

I had to rotate the part under the spring it wasn't aligned with the pin as showed in the beginning of the video I thought it was but I was aligning it with the wrong part
