damn i cant believe you're just 2 years older than me, I cant imagine having these kinds of intelligent, thought provoking, and considerate conversations with anyone my age, oof. Also the way you see relationships really changed my perspective about how I see my relationship with one of my friends in a way that I think is a lot more healthy for our current positions in life. Thinking about what you said about marriage and also putting the energy into the people you have romantic relationships with, I feel like ultimately the most important requirement for marriage for me isn't that I love someone to the core enough to see them through all the changes, but that the person I end up with loves ME to the core enough to grow with me through all my changes, and is also willing to put in that energy with me as I am right now. What Ronald was saying about certain standards been hard to check when you're that young really resonated with me too. I feel like Ronald has a very solid understanding of what he wants and I admire it a lot. This felt like a 40 minute therapy session. This year was tough for me, I was going through a break up with a toxic person and figured out my sexuality. I still have to learn my boundaries and what I look for in people. This really helped me, thank you.
