    I've watched a few of your videos now. I have to say that your ability to give instruction and illustration is exceptional. I watch a lot of fitness, health, and medical videos. Finding quality is rare. I also want to say that it is refreshing to see someone doing this type of video who isn't half naked. "Content" over "clicks" is also rare...so thanks!

    Thank you for this Neck & Shoulder Relief sequence. I spent most of today working on a spreadsheet, totally unaware of my posture. This sequence gives me awareness and it felt great!
