    Thanks to the daily physical exercises that I do with your channel, Lauren, I have almost no stress conditions, and the pain that sometimes appears in the joints or muscles goes away quickly, also thanks to daily training. But I still did these exercises in the afternoon (I did cardio from the weekly plan in the morning) and I liked them. Thank you, dear Lauren, for taking such good care of us!❤❤❤❤❤😊

    For me it was not only somatic training. Of course, my mood improved significantly, but I also noticed that spinal rotation while sitting was more effective than standing. And the “four” exercise is more effective with forward bends. Even though I don't need to do the exercises while sitting, I'm always interested in doing them because Lauren is sure to have something interesting and useful. Thank you so much Lauren! ❤❤❤❤❤😊You are the best coach!

    With the group of seniors who live in the same apartment complex. We recently started doing one chair yoga video on each Friday. We like it so much that we were doing it on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I can’t wait to share this one with them. Thank youfor doing this. Sally in Denton, Texas.

    Thank you so much Lauren for these relaxing movements. I haven't been able to do much because of my pain issues, but this totally relaxed me and the movements were just right. I adjusted the figure 4 stretch to make it more comfortable. I hope you do more of these relaxing movements.

      That pose can be challenging. Just crossing ankles and letting gravity open your knee works well as an option.

    Thank you very much for this video. I like to do it after some of the workouts you already do have. I am 56 And was very active in my youth so these videos keep me active without hurting me so. Also thank you very much for the encouragement to be positive throughout the day. I have a tendency towards negativity and this workout really helps with overcoming that so thank you very much.🥰

    I incorporated the short workout into the end of my exercise session. My foot is very painful today due to arthritis in my left foot so it was the idea end to my exercise, thank you Lauren ❤

    Wonderful yoga relaxing stretch❤ this is my first time doing chair yoga, feel quite comfortable and peaceful in my mind! Some postures are a little bit similar to the gyrotonic, which really famous exercises recent years.
