And the “four” exercise is more effective with forward bends. Even though I don't need to do the exercises while sitting, I'm always interested in doing them because Lauren is sure to have something interesting and useful. Wonderful yoga relaxing stretch❤ this is my first time doing chair yoga, feel quite comfortable and peaceful in my mind! Some postures are a little bit similar to the gyrotonic, which really famous exercises recent years.

That pose can be challenging. Just crossing ankles and letting gravity open your knee works well as an option.
This great for after work. Sometimes I'm just too tired to do exercises after work. This is great for unwinding after work.
