I own Cyborg, I gotta say he's probably the most detailed figure I own.. Had to be a very talented person who was able to make that sculpt. If you see him in person, it's pretty amazing no doubt.. I do have the issue with the leg joints popping out, but if you are careful and move him slowly it won't pop out. I personally like the diecast feet and feel they do help support him good. I have several older Sh Figuarts Kamen Rider figures with diecast feet and I truly love the diecast. I almost passed on Cyborg, but my JL wouldn't be complete without him, he's very unique for sure!
I have the multiverse McFarlane one...I wish it had that metallic shine like the mafex one... that shine makes it pop and on point my opinion....mafex is a little too expensive for me lol...the only mafex I have is the Michael Jordan...had too it's Mike lol... because I'm definitely not getting a Hot Toys version lol

Might try kiki fix loose joints. It has really helped to strengthen and restore friction to joints of many of my figures. There are many videos on TH-cam showing how to apply the product…
Helpful review, is SHFiguarts no longer making figure? I know they have superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Flash. I'd like to complete them, but MAFEX is so loose and comes apart really easily. What's your experience for limbs and body parts falling off for this? The torso still looks really loose.
I have it and it is loose in many places. You can tighten the waist though. Just plus some plastic into the ball there and the added friction will help out. Problem is the thigh joints at the drop-down. They are trying to hold up that heavy metal bit at the lower legs and they can't do it. The went back to the ball-peg joint there rather than the half disc they had been using so far on the JL line. It makes it risky to pop the ball out at that point as it might snap the peg. You would not have this problem if it was the half-disc. So it is sad that it could be fixed but you are taking a big risk doing it. Overall while it is loose and that is a huge disappointment. If you want the league this one is a looker. He looks fantastic if you dig this aesthetic. I love his on my shelf but I am not about to go posing him.
I really hate the way he looks in the movie. I’m not one to say what a character is “supposed” to be, but I have to say that he looks awful. He’s so scrawny, but he should look like a football player. He has always been big and bulky, but in the movie, he looks like a twig. I also never liked the obnoxious lines and intricate details in every suit. Superman and Batman look good, but on cyborg and flash, it looks like a flat surface killed Zach Snyder’s family.
In JL Flash's suit is just a prototype and Snyder wanted him to get a proper comic accurate suit in his solo film. As for Cyborg that's how he starts off and at the end of the movie we see him using the motherbox to get a bulkier more traditional look.
I didn't like that design either at first, but now that I have the Mafex figure... IDK... something about that mashed up armor plays tricks on your eyes looking at him. Increases his detail and it sorta reminds me of a stealth plane with it's squared off look to avoid radar design.. lol Maybe there's a technical purpose for it they never explained..
Best cyborg from the movie in my opinion! A must have!
2018 MAFEX is doing phenomenal. Great year for them. Quality has gone up dramatically and in my opinion, has surpassed SHF in a lot of areas.
No doubt! They got me hooked over SHF now..

That headsculpt looks sick, Hoping that the Aquaman and Wonder Woman would be the same.

Ordered this figure, gonna custom paint the midsection. Needs more of the red undertone in the rib cage section.
henry cavil is 6,1 and ray fisher is 6,3 so its a good scale.
that head tilting was insanely life-like.

Looks amazing just to bad about the loose waist if it’s a ball joint there’s ways to tighten it up which I’m sure you’re aware of, good review man
Aside from using the floor polish, how else could you tighten the ball joint?
mickey perdomo letting a coat of floor polish or super glue dry on it then reconnect it is the only ones I know of

MrTomemac yeah, that’s be beef with the DC icons line. They have that similar though ball method. I already lost one Superman’s leg to just posing it.

He looks like crushed and mashed up tin foil wished more thought was post in the movie design one of the other reasons why I hated the JL movie
