This is a very large build, two buildings. So yes in this case, the material only is under 200k

Great Question! We only do complete buildings within a 80 mile radius of our office, we can ship our shells to virtually anywhere in the US, all designed to fit your building code!

Our kits, can range from 15,000 pounds on up, and shipping internationally would be cost prohibited in most cases.
