I wish someone would be straight and real about pricing. Everyone says is less expensive to build a barndo but builders are quoting $260-300/ sqft to build. This is a beautiful home but what did it cost to build? Even with their upgrades and selections… I would love to know.
We never give out pricing on any custom build! But we do have videos that explain our pricing structure I encourage you to check out! Thanks for watching!
Your expectations are unrealistic. So if Charlie says this one is $400,000 how does that help you? Every situation is different. Soils, local codes, etc. Try getting bids on anything. We just got 3 driveway bids that are $6000 apart. 1845 Barndos are as transparent as anyone I've seen.
@@SuperBroop They could do a range and breakdown but it sounds like they did that on another video. Nice looking barndominum love living in Texas. Hope to have something like this one day but thats far off in the future. Thanks for the video.
You are correct regarding the pricing, I build both barndo and stick built homes. Our savings on the barndo comes from saving time and materials on the shell. After that it’s all the same. It averages out to about 20 - 30 per sq ft savings on barndo over the same finish’s on a stick built.
It's pretty much impossible to give a price on something like this. The issue being location. You can have a drastic difference in price just being a few miles apart in the same town, let alone different states.
This is a great layout!!! Awesome content, as always
Glad you like it!
Thank you so much for sharing this Beautiful Home 🏡 ❤🎉!
Thanks for watching!
This is beautiful
Beautiful, best one yet!
Wow, thank you!

@@NewsChannel-y4g what good would the range do? Again, my driveway example. Bids were spread 40%

This is fantastic. Safe to assume the carport area could easily be turned into garage/shop?
Absolutely stunning ❤
Thank you! Cheers!
HOW MUCH!!
That’s the Bottom Line.
HOW MUCH?
Love the cabinets. What type of wood is that?
Really Nice!!!
Thanks!
How much per square ft
Do you guys only build in Texas?
can this kit be ordered without the carport?
Absolutely! We can modify the plans and design the kit for you.

You can design your own home the way you want it
The front door isn’t centered and throws everything off.
How much??????
That’s really small. My uncles double wide has bigger bedrooms and living room. But it is VERY NICE!
PUT THE FINAL TOTAL COST OR DON'T DO THE VIDEO. SEEMS LAME TO ME.....
