@@fordsixfoman I’m 19 and I’m saving, working my ass off and trying my best to get ahead to get something like this one day it just seems too good to be true sometimes
Wow! This build is absolutely incredible sir! I still can’t believe you are just 21 and accomplished this much! I know your parents are proud of you! Excellent job!!!🔥🔥
Great work young man ! Whether or not your parents assisted you with this, you obviously are motivated and hard working. Don’t let the haters bring you down.
Hi, just stumbled across this for the first time. Love it! Great vision, marvelous execution. The only thing I didn't see that might be useful is an exterior staircase on the opposite side of the house in case of fire. 2 safe exits are always better than one. Going to keep watching!
The way your home has INSPIRED me❤🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 I LOVE the plan, just amazing. One thing i might just change is big window in the master bedroom. Would love to see the bathroom mirror lit up to see... My goodness YOU ARE BLESSED
Fantastic job! Your work is such an inspiration to me. I remember my first place in my 20s - adding a garage, completely remodeling the interior, etc. I sold that property and upgraded to what I have now, so yes the sweat equity is so damn valuable and can give a big real estate return. Currently I have a big metal barn like yours as well, but now that I'm in my 30s I've slowed down and got a bit lazy on handyman work projects -- been more of an office / computer dude which brings in the income and haven't yet felt like investing in contractors do anything or do the stuff myself yet. Your upper barndo layout lengthwise is super smart and unorthodox from what I've seen in barndos. I love how it leads out to the deck which massively increases usable square feet, helps you relax above nature, and have a lot of leisure there. I'm considering doing the same thing myself due to you. Well anyway, like I said you're an inspiration for me to pick back up. Some people are leaving tips on this and that but most probably haven't accomplished what you have by your age. I guess my one piece of advice to offer for your benefit is to make sure to avoid pollution and estrogenics (check out Estrogeneration) the best you can while you continue to work on all your stuff. I have a mechanic buddy a bit older than me who has lethal cancer now and it's just sad to see that despite all the hard work something like that can whip around and get you as you age a bit down the road. I don't want to scare you but I just want to encourage you to be mindful of VOCs and stuff that ends up in your body. Anyway x2, that was a bit of a ramble but I'm rooting for you and ridiculously impressed by how much you have accomplished so far. Having an online presence and selling merchandise too just tops it all off. Thank you again and maybe I'll finish my barndo someday... Cheers man.
Holy crap what you build there is amazing and on my garage wall is the exact same thing put your open and box end wrenches, on the wall by scripts everything has been amazing for easily 28 years of my place so I get a kick out of what you’re doing that is priceless. Glad to see you’re doing a video about the place because it is a awesome place.👍🏻🇺🇸👍🏻
Wow, I am impressed. That is such an huge and elegant place. Great layout, low maintenance and plenty of room to keep toys and to work on projects too. Future things might be water capture and storage as well as supplemental power like solar system. Might also be nice to have a secondary exit from the top floor. I didn't notice fire extinguishers but I would install several. Might think also about adding some video surveillance / security. Also nice to have is a couple of well trained shop dogs.
That's an amazing house dude and I really love it it's a bachelor pad for sure definitely could have done more with your closet for sure but I'm not being critical I'm actually saying congratulations you are blessed and you obviously are enjoying the fruits of your labor with something that you put a lot of work into so glad to see that you have something that you can feel good about in a place to call truly your own your own!! (HOME) 🏡
Great job I like it. How did you know when u found the land that it was the right buy? County permitting issues? Septic process? Property size and cost choices? Building manufacture and contractor, design details? Cost breakdowns would be hugely helpful for those of us that are working towards the same/similar build. I’m dealing with those ?’s
Excellent job! I'm just amazed what you have done for such a young man. You must of won the lottery or have a very well paying job... You must be proud of yourself, you deserve it... Enjoy what you have accomplished in your life.
Love this build honestly. Looking to build a barndominium up here in Indiana. If you could give me any suggestions on what to look into, that would be AWESOME, congrats on the home!
Wow this is an awesome shop/barn house. Is there anyway I could buy a copy of the blueprints? I would love to build this in Hearne as I'm leaving Houston. Got to get away from the City and this would be perfect for me.
@fordsixfo Can you provide a name or link for the couch? Is it holding up? Furniture can be spotty out there, I'd appreciate the hookup! House is incredible, congratulations on being that BIG BUCK that gets it done!
Did you do the building shell or did you get that done? and if you got it done, by who? I'm nearly a neighbor and looking to build a shop here in Pipe Creek.
Nice work, but the residental building code requires windows in the bedrooms. You don't have a window in the first bedroom or your master bedroom. How did you get a building permit with these obvious oversights?
Did you build this all yourself? You mention hill country a couple times so I assume you're near San Antonio. I'm looking to build something similar so if you contacted it out, I'd appreciate if you could share who you used.
For a young guy, you got your sh!t together. Congratulations on your house and property 🎉🎉. You are definitely living your best life Noah.

You should paint or seal the floor in the small shop to make it look better. How much was the barndo?
this house is amazing
Around the building I would stain the very bottom of the concrete on the building white to match the stone or to match the other
What have you done to insulate and keep moisture from building up?
Nicely done young man! Looks amazing!
Hey what company put up your building? I'm looking to do it, but I want to know where you got your initial materials?

It’s a anylevel lift can be lifted and raised front and back 0-13”

It’s very beautiful
Love the layout! What is the square footage for the living quarters?
2400 SQFT
How much did it cost to get utilities over to that sucker?
Do you know how much it would cost if you did the exterior walls with ICF. 04-09-24
Do you have any Engineered Drawing or Blueprints. I’m thinking of doing something Similar.
Well done!
