They happen to get affected very easily, for reasons that even they know were trivial. Kaise khud k emotions ko nurture kare, kaise affected hone se bache, aur kaise apne Emotional Sensitivity ko decrease kare? I have answered all these questions in this video. All the best!

    I think, Jo sensitive person hota h wo yeh sochta h ki jaisa uska nature h ya jaisi uski feelings h wo hi samne wale bande ki bhi honi chahiye pr generally aise bhut km hota h or aise log jldi hurt ho jate h...aur emotional ho jate h.....

    Yes, I can relate it.. I am 20 years old. But I am so sensitive. I can't tolerate if someone makes fun about me... But I also want to reduce my sensitivity but I can't. And this video is helpful for me... Thank you Sir

      I USED to Try it everytime I get hurt but NEVER WORKED SUCCESSFULLY & I USED to wonder Why am I Like this ...
      Now I FOUND OUT it Leads to my Childhood TRAUMA of BEING BULLIED, RAGGED EVERYDAY of my school!...
      But HEALING A MENTAL TRAUMA is very VERY HARD & Still trying find Ways for it !...

      @@CandyMoon-w6l yeah it's true though; it's tough to control in front of people. I am a girl I mean too sensitive girl... I cry often whenever I get hurt.. I am trying to control and I wish someday i will become stronger. But the problem is, I hate myself for the dramas I do.. but I always try to make myself understand that it's ok to cry alone but not in public.. I just don't care to cry in public but if it makes you feel insecure then cry alone especially cry to god... Just keep silent when you're feeling so angry if it's unbearable then just leave them alone... I often cry when I am angry... So in case it happens with you just avoid reacting...

    Me and my mom is like that... Bt ye duniya mujhe sikha rhi hai ke situation ko kaise handle krna hai... Main shayad apni aadat nhi badal skta kyunki main sochta hi dil se hoon pr zarrorat padne pr ab dimmag ka istemal krna seekh gya hoon

    There is also an issue of procastination and many sensitive people worry about future looking at current and past experience. I have been victim of that...but honestly it is troubling but not lead to anything.

    Best way to overcome sensitivity is..start thinking not from heart but from brain...you can't control everything around you...jo jaisa chhate h hum hmesha waisa hi nhi hota h..toh apne Mann ke illusions me rehne se aacha h practical rho ..jo reality h usko accept kro...agar koi situation aai h toh usme ye reaction dena ki " mere sath hi aisa kyuu hua" ya fir " sab hmesha mujhe pareshan krte h mai bohr traumatised hu "" ye reactions laane ki jagah you could just simple accept it as it as ..jo jaisa hh usko waisa hi rehna h hona h...isliye just let it be...affirmations kro ki I'm strong I don't get affected by all this...and I can handle it alll ! Just affirm it again and again apne mind ko bar bar remind krao or bss khudse khudko remind krte jao ..and mind beleive krne lag jayega

    I am very sensitive if someone speaks to me in a loud voice, i start crying i can't control my tears. I get hurt talking but the people in front think i'm overacting no one understands my problem what should i do.....

    When I get hurt even for a small thing , I become angry ...I can't control my anger ...I behave in a very weird way with my close ones like my mom, dad, boyfriend ..nd I hurt them ...after that I realise that was a very small issue for which I became angry ...what's wrong with me ?? My anger problem is really affecting my life ..

    I am highly sensitive person.i starts crying if someone says me anything wrong.i don't want to argue with people even if they do something wrong to me. I am disappointed by me.i will be bad for my career in future. I won't be able to handle people.i am finding a way to control it.

    Mai bhi Shayad sensitive hu kyumki jab bhi mai koi cheeze dekhta hu, chaahe koi movie ho ya gaana, jab koi kisi ki madad karta hai ya pareshaan karta hai maire halke ansu nikal jaate hai kyunki mai apne app ko uski jagah rakhta hu aue emotionally jud jaata hu.... Auk ek baat jab mairi galti na ho aur tab bhi log muje doshi maante hai... Tab bura lagta hai ya jab mai apne aap ko justify nahi kar pata ya jab maira parivaar mujhe daant lagata hai... Tab rona aa jata hai
    Shayad kaaran yahi hai ki mai emotional hu... Dimaag ka prayog kam karta hu dill ka jyaada karta hu.... Ek tareeke se yeh mairi khubsurti bhi hai ki logo se emotionally connect kar pata hu aur unka saath de paata hu unke dukh mai, par yahi cheez kuchh logo ki vajah se behuda lagti hai...     When my aged students fight with me. i do not fight seriously. I laugh when a Serious fight happening with me and after that a crying feellings comes and that students stop and saying that he crying right now .

    I am 22 years old, I always wanted to grow in my life, so I have been trying my best for last 4 years. I am from a countryside family background and living in city all alone.     I am very emotionally sensitive towards my family once I was really a bold girl I didn't care about anything but a breakdown in my life give me a big trauma it was my father separation after that I am becoming more and more sensitive today I scold my little brother for bunking the class I am the only responsible one in my family my mother is mentally ill after scolding my brother I cried a lot I cried for 2 hour I am becoming very very sensitive I am really upset I want to became emotionally strong

    Log hmesa meri burayi karte hai- my inlaws.. Mujhe rona aa jata hai. Main chahti hun ki sab mere sath pyar se rahe. Jab main kisi ko dukh nhi dena chahti ya deti to fir log mujhe kyu dete hai..

    It's me . I'm so sensitive sir, that even if I motivate myself but can't able to control my emotional thoughts in my mind. It always tends me to go nervous. My family is so supportive eventhough I didn't feel lonely because of my siblings but Why others people moods and pain affects me deeply. I wanna get relief in a busy and crowded environment. I wanna control my emotional thoughts . My body tries to cry easily. how can I get rid of it
