1. Goal is to be emotionally strong, that is controlling emotion.
2. Emotion doesn't let you think logically and frustrates you.
3. Understand your pattern on why 😭 attached
4. Draw a line, reality and fantasy. Make rules for your reality for emotional agreement and accept certain facts about human. For fantasy we focus on a wish, put you in center and the wish revolve around it. For emotion we put the person in pedestal and increase value, then associate myself with that person and increase my value.
5. Based on first impressions we can't increase value. Crush is based on lack of information Rely on data not assumption to add value to a person. Stage of elections shouldn't be based on lack of information not without logic and information.
6. No data, no facts, you don't know, don't associate emotion, set it as a rule for yourself. Be alert not to draw conclusion without proof
7. You are enough, you don't need people to complete you. Protect your individuality. Know yourself.
