    My childhood experiences was very bad. My father was so strict for me, was everything worse. I don't want to remember my childhood.
    I have been suffering from depression, anxiety, lack of concentration, many times panic attacks etc...
    I have been under treatment for 18 years. I did many efforts, as: swimming, running, yoga, walking, meditation and many more... Now I'm depend on medicines.
    I am Highly sensitive with Antidepressants...

    I'm also highly sensitive about some things and i keep all hurt inside me.
    Even if person hurt me , i wouldn't be able to reply , but i would get very upset from inside.
    And people think that i'm a very simple girl. I don't have any feelings. I don't feel bad about anything.
    BUT inside i feel very hurt.

    these all symptoms are in me since childhood....phle dikkt hoti thi , logon s rishte kharab krliye mne ab koi friend nahi h mera or jo m mujhe apna frnd maante hn , unnse m door hone ka try krta hu, mera nature itna mentally disturbed h k logg mujhe dukhi krte hn or m bhi kyi baar logon ko dukhi krdeta hu negative thoughts k kaaran...sometimes suicidal thoughts come to my mind....kyuki mera life m koi aim nahi h...mujhe kuch krme ka mann nhi krta bss past ki baatein chlti rhti hn mind m...bhot koshish krta hu innse bhaagne ki pr past ki memories piichha nhi chhddti

    I am a patient of General Anxiety Disorder for the last 11 years. On and Off I am taking the medicines, which are of no help to me. When I stop medicines, it will haunt me again after 8 - 9 months. I always stop the medicines as advised by my doctor. I have seen your videos and I am highly impressed.     I'm HSP mujhe har ak chiz se problem logo se problem... Akele rehena jada achha lagata kam bat karana achha lagta hai... Meri bachapan bohot galat gya hai... Sochne main time barbaad kr deti hun to aj ke time pe bohot pichhe rehe gayi hun... Independent life achha lagata koi kuch bole toke achha nahin lagata... Peace chahiye koi bat na kare to bhi koi problem... Apne soch se bohot achhe ideas ke upar kam karana kitana achhi lagta hai... Kam kare to bekar ke bat dimag kharab nahin karata

    Both genetic roots & childhood experiences make me hsp. My mother faces a lot of problems & leads a struggle ful life & no support from my father that's why she becomes a strict parent & result is i'm hsp.
