The clip of you working out outside made me chuckle because it reminded me of when I used to play The Sims back in the day and always put the exercise gear in the backyard because I thought it was ugly and I didn't want it inside my nice little Sims house, haha!
Everything just makes sooo much sense. I try to do the 0 to 100 mentality and that doesn’t work for me. I’m a very sensitive person and I get overstimulated fast so slow and steady is my speed. I thrive when my days are planned out but I have to get to the planning out part. Thank you for sharing real knowledge, the things that you are going through and what’s really helping you to achieve where you are now!!! ❤
Meeting yourself where u are was such a strong point for me. I struggle with being an all in or nothing person. If dont do EXACTLY what I said I wanted to do the EXACT way I planned in my head I will throw in the towel the minute I mess up but the problem is I start off with unrealistic expectations. I like to start my working out week on a Sunday :) it helps me to feel more productive. I workout three times a week at least. So only have two days in the week to get a workout in. I like starting on a Sunday as my Fitbit restarts the week on Sundays!♡

Thats what I'm going through right now: doing just 30 mis of cardio 3-4 times a week to build consistency before adding more to my plate. BUT, the bounce back game is super important too especially when I tend to fall off at the 3 or 4 week mark. The bounce back is happening right now!

I’m so excited because Im getting my own gym membership! i always had to go with my mom and sometimes she would not wanna go and im finally going! im so excited! i mainly wanna get toned up and shaped up before Easter which is may 5th for me which is extremely soon, buuuut my other goal is June 26th (my bday) and June 27th (vacation) Im so excited and I can’t wait to see progress hopefully!!
I needed to hear the “chapter one” mind set. I’ve been struggling with staying on track. Sugar and fried foods have had me in a chokehold lately. I’m allergic to fresh fruits and veggies because my tree allergy. Sometimes I allow that to give me excuses to not eat healthy. I’m working out but you can’t out work a bad diet. 😢 I haven’t lost any weight since last year.
I totally understand the struggle! Enjoy the journey, take your time and find what works best for you in this season ( I can only imagine how frustrating the fruits and veggie allergy could be so don't be too hard on yourself). I'm always on your side - you've got this

For me washing my whites in very small loads REALLY helps! And spot treating the stains for at least 24 hours!! We use Tide as detergent now too and I like it! I hope this helps!!

I was like you before sugar addict. I eliminate dairy (cow milk) it helped me a lottttttt. I also started to drink Kombucha it’s my new drink now.
