    So true. I replace those negative thoughts with all of the good things that came from the last time. Working out is a great way to escape all of the other responsibilities for a while. My back pain is gone because I'm getting stronger. I feel better after working out. I also wanted to mention how much I love your jacket!

    When I'm working out I'd been in the habit of saying stuff like "why am I doing this? " or "do I really want this?" Usually joking around, but still being negative. Anytime now I think something like that I say out loud "I am grateful to be able to exercise," and it has made a big mindset difference

    3 days out of 90 is so true! 🔥 Using the season and holidays reason 💯 is an excuse. You can enjoy the holidays and still workout and be healthy the other days instead of waiting until January when you’ve gained more weight and it’s even more cold and dark 😊

    You are exactly correct, last year I was determined to become healthy. I refused to let holidays, birthdays or any days to stop me from being my best self. I am happy to say I'm down 30 pounds down ten more to go to reach my goal. So please yall don't let the holidays stop you from becoming your better self❤

    "Winter Uglies"😂😂 this is such a funny yet accurate name and I'm currently experiencing it!😭 I've been going thru alot and so for the summer I got lots of lovely pieces and felt so good abt myself finally broke free of baggy clothes and leggings (I'm a hard-core leggings warrior) but Summers gone and so is my bubbly self. I just go work, go home, eat, sleep repeat! Today I said im gnna break all that mess up! So I'm doing a mini spa day at home today and this vid popped up @ perfect timing!! It's especially going to be hard going forward bec I lost 3 significant loved ones (2 big bros & my mom) around holiday so I truly hv to lock in and stay the course on keeping on track and looking after myself, it's tough but def doable!!🙌🏾

    I walk 27000 steps a day on my best day and 10,000 steps on my worst day just walking back and forth inside a 2 bedroom house in my underwear and a top 😂. I dont go outside for walks.

    I started a new gym routine, 2 days a week to start. I am a winter gal. I get depressed in the summer. The heat makes me irritable and not wanting to move. Now that it's cooling off I am feeling like myself again 🌦
