Hi guys!! 🤍 A lot of info in this video but the main thing I want to emphasize is SAFETY! If you’re not going into a deficit properly, you can seriously disrupt your hormones which can lead to many other issues. I love intuitively eating, but it’s more important to make sure you are NOT UNDER EATING, which is why I recommend tracking first. All in all, listen to your body and seek professional help if this is something you’re serious about! 🤗 love you 🫶🏾
Went from 185-155 from may to November! Food intake tracking, intentional movement and trying to sleep and eat until I'm full, not stuffed has done wonders!
Loving the connection that your sponsorship has with the overall theme of the video. When you said that it's not easy to lose weight in the U.S., I thought, "Yeah, doing anything that's good for your health is difficult in the U.S.. Especially when you have a lower income." And I like how you then showcased a tool to help people navigate the US healthcare system, which is another very challenging part of living here!
Everything you said is absolutely correct following your plan I started ourt at 180 am now 153 still need 5 more pounds to go. Keep these videos coming dear please. I also reversed my pre diabetic.
@ also I went to Lagree yesterday and I had SO MUCH FUN. But ive never been this sore in my life lol. Thank you for giving me some encouragement the other day ❤️
I’m old!! 62 yo and Post Menopausal Lol. But I still love your videos! I no longer can handle Hitt workouts like I use too. I’m ex military. I have a peloton and I do bike bootcamps 3 x a week and yoga the rest of the days. I love peloton because it lets you know what zone you are in. From Now on I will watch my zone! I never paid attention to it before. Thank you for the information. I Love your videos
0:32 I just almost threw my arm out of the socket because I was rooting for you soooo hardddddd!!! Whoop Whoop!!!! Let’s goooo Bodyyyy Resultsss!!! I see determination, consistency, disciplineeeeee, and an undying willingness to evolve!!!! Womannnnn YOU DID THAT!!! Congratulationssssss! It’s giving, “beyond anything I dreamed of!” 😍🤯✨✍🏾😫🎊🙏🏾🤩😍🙌🏾😘❤️
I’m doing great showing up for my workouts, I just need to incorporate walking and make it a priority. Time to dust off my walking pad! I like the chart you showed in the beginning! I also need to improve on my sleep, be consistent with a calorie deficit, and watch the sugar 😫 It’s not for forever, I can do this! 💪🏾
This video is so good. I'm definitely going to revisit this during my weight loss journey because I will for sure need these reminders and this motivation.
You look amazing😍!! Thank you so much for this informational and straightforward video! I will definitely incorporate your tips as I journey to reach my health & fitness goals!✨
You got it, Mama! When I was pregnant, I avoided processed foods but allow myself to eat whole foods until I was full. It allowed me to gain only weight in my abdomen and face (which has been much better than the average person's pregnancy weight gain). Best of luck to you and the baby ❤
Subscribed. ❤ Thank you for making this video. I feel really motivated to kick it into gear this year. I almost got scammed into buying the “vshred” package! lol. Sometimes you just need someone to remind you of how simple things can be! Thanks again! Happy new year! ❤
Firstly, you look amazing! So happy for you and your ability to stay consistent and meet your goals! Secondly, thanks for the helpful info! I had a couple of questions if you don't mind sharing: - roughly how much were you walking? - what was the treadmill/walker you were using? - do you have videos highlighting some of your whole food meals/recipes? Apologies if this has already been shared and I just missed it lol!
8 minutes in and you got me! Well you got me before that but I finally picked up the phone like hold on I gotta subscribe lol. I’m currently on a journey of learning and understanding my body and you said zone 2 works for all phases and that’s where it all starts. Learning my phases has helped me understand my self so much more as a woman and there’s still so much learning to do! It’s beautiful so thank you for this video. Let me get back to watching
This is so helpful, thank you!! But if someone who had a chronic illness making it difficult for them to run or to go on stairs and walk without getting pain, what would be the best thing to do then?
Hi! I recommend low impact movement. You don't need to run or even walk. Do what you can and what won't cause you pain. I recommend MonikaFit. She has really great beginner friendly 10 minute workouts. She even has some that are all standing or all on the floor, so I find her content very inclusive. Theres also The Fitness Marshall who recently started adding chair-accessible dance workouts. I hope you reach all of your goals!
I am so scared to step on a scale I know I'm bigger than I'd like to be but my goal is to start my full journey and then ease my way into looking at the numbers I don't wanna get caught up in the numbers and feel even worse about myself which can be discouraging 🧚🧚
You don't have to do anything that you're not comfortable with. If you do decide to weigh yourself, just know that weight is not the only metric to track fat loss. Muscle is denser than fat and therefore weighs more. It also burns more calories just to have it. The scale doesn't show us that. For me, I weigh myself once or twice in a month. If the weight stays roughly the same I consider it a win because I know that with my increased strength training I will build muscle. You can be the same weight, but still look and feel better over time. I hope that makes sense. I'm wishing you the best on your journey!
@@bedhead-studiothanks so much for the response and you are absolutely right as I've noticed I've gained more muscle than fat over the last year it seems like the numbers aren't getting lower yet I am not getting any bigger much love on your journey as well we got this 😘

Pregnant but still tracking calories. Obviously not in a deficit, but def helps not gain unnecessary weight and not get gestational diabetes!!!
