I'm 54 years old, have rheumatoid arthritis, and have been (trying) to do yoga for about 2 months now. I've tried multiple beginner videos and instructors. Your videos have done the most good out of all I've tried. You don't go so fast that I can't keep up and your stretches don't hurt me...they actually help me get out the kinks. I actually look forward to doing yoga with you. Thank you so very much!!
I loved this practice, especially using the straps. It felt really good. I will remember that one. I hate having ads in the middle of a yoga video! it is counter productive to have to get up out of a pose to skip an ad!
Day 74! Yes Cole, I can totally relate! I spin out. Trying to learn patience and forgiveness. That's why I committed to daily yoga and meditation 74 days ago. Love these practices with you, you have taught me a lot these past 5 years, about my body, my emotions and honoring my breath. Forever grateful! Namaste Cole!

I tried this channel for the first time and found the poses and exercises very good for stretching out my shoulders in particular. My only critique would be that while performing each pose there were many times that the constant talking was distracting from focusing and relaxing during the poses. Brief descriptions of varying ways to do the poses and focusing on breathing is fine but the extra talking was what made my experience a little less positive. Great overall episode because I loved the poses. Thank you.
I am an artist who constantly humps over my work I discovered your video to use for my home practice to correct my posture. Your videos have been great for maintaining a better posture and a stubborn sciatica.
Thank u, I've never looked at patience as a hard characteristic to learn...but you are right! I experienced kids and an ex-husband and we are now co-parenting nicely to learn that patience. Wow didn't look at it that way. Character building 😁 thank u
i loved it. Thank you this session! It was much needed. I would be helpful in the future if we can be told what accessories we will need before starting so we dont have to stop mid session to retrieve blocks or straps. but other than that it was great.
Ive tried a lot of exercise routines but this is the ONLY one i have done where i felt an immediate benefit. i have suffered terrible headaches for the past few years due to stress and trauma, and i am finally starting to get control over them by doing bodywork. i will be doing this again. thank you!!!!
This yoga for back pain video has significantly reduced my instances of cervicogenic headaches. I felt relief even after the first time I did the video! I have been doing it consistently for the past 3 weeks and am seeing amazing results--my neck, shoulders, and back are looser and my headaches are less frequent. Thanks for the video, it's really improving my life!!!

I love it! Thank you. I am suffering from depression and a burnout. So i need to charge my energy again with things i like and what gives me rest. Also, i have a lot of back pain and headache because i am so tense all the time. Yoga is perfect for this, along with walking outside in nature.

Great idea to have someone take a picture of our body position, thank you Cole, you are an incredible yoga instructor and you help me manage all my fibromyalgia pains and aches. Today my entire back, shoulders and neck are stiff. The temperature and weather brisk fluctuations here in Calgary, are big triggers, so I thought I'd find a video of you for all these areas, and I was right to look for you!. Hope I can meet you in person one day on one of your travels. I don't know if you have gone anywhere during the pandemic! but I hope you are doing well as always. Oh! I had to comeback and edit, forgot to ask you where did you get those nice leggings love them!
