    My neck and shoulder especially the left side were in unbearable pain for 4 weeks since work from home due to covid-19. I tried all kinds of home remedies to alleviate the pain yet none was effective. I took Tylenol 2 pills a day to quell the pain and it helped temporarily. I also tried to exercise yoga with other instructors. It helped briefly but it came back... Finally I tried to follow through your videos - both 28 minutes & 18 minutes neck shoulder pain relief exercise. Alas this morning is the the 1st day I woke up without pain! I can’t express my gratitude. You’re better than Dr :) I recall you had a 10 minutes version years ago but I can no longer find it. If I’m time squeezed, I can go for the short version. Many thanks!

    I realized that I have been doing your videos everyday for over a month without ever intending to. This is the most regimented I have ever been with any kind of physical exercise and I really look forward to your videos. I've tried others, but I find yours are the BEST. I feel better instantly and over time, I have noticed more flexibility. Thank you SOOOOOOOO much, Jen! PS: My cat and dog join me too. LOL

    I have been doing this stretch for 2 years. I am so glad I found it after not viewing for over 6 months. I carry so much tension on my left side from mey neck down to my mid back. Every time I stretch with this video it helps relieve these muscles tremendosly. Thanks Jen.

    Jen...wow. I have tried probably a dozen neck and shoulder videos and they've all felt good but not a single one has had me lift my chin upward during that first stretch. I grind my teeth/clench my jaw in my sleep and no words can express the release of tension I feel with that stretch. THANK YOU SO FREAKING MUCH.

    Jen you are my favorite in yogatx, TY ! Neck and shoulder is exactly my issue . Grateful for a shoulder friendly full yoga flow , with no downdogs, chaturangas, planks or pushups , which add so much tension on my neck/shoulder area , thx ❤️

    Are you psychic? I was lying at 4 am trying to sleep but I couldn't because of my neck and shoulder pain and on top of that I had the worst headache, the pain killers weren't helping! So I got a notifications on my phone that you just posted a neck and shoulder pain relief video and I started doing these stetches, I felt better after it and I could finally go to sleep, thank you

    Enjoyed it.Thank you, Jen. Not sure what was going on with me tonight: I was doing my ab workout (as I have done for years) and it was killing my neck tonight. I remember this happening when I first started ab exercises and my abs were not used it them. Anyway, this helped
