The GBH apparatus I think that I am spelling it correctly I would like to see an illustration of the different things you can do on it. I have never heard of it before. Finally, do you still use a non home gym or are you able to get everything you need in your own garage. And living in Canada I assume it is heated for the winter. Thanks for sharing this! It is excellent!
