as a 23 yo female who just started crossfit training (2 months) i started from empty 7.5 kg bar. now im in my 25 kg. i LOVE to watch this kind of video because it affirms my belief if i can do like her if i dont stop trying^^ fighting!

Thanks to your excellent high def slow motion videos, I noticed that Giulia hits her right knee on the pull on her 82 attempts, and her 100 clean. The scratch marks are very clear in your high quality video. Her 83 snatch didn't have this issue, which might have contributed to its success.
yes, slow motion has its advantages, allowing you to see the athlete's technique. Also, pay attention to the right foot, this may indicate the distribution of the load in the pull
@@torokhtiy I noticed she puts all the weight on her right on her front foot, while her left takes the load evenly.
Her right heel is almost lifting off the floor. Really good shots, the slow motion really tells it all 👍.

I always tend to forget that Seb is also an absolute unit, nice to see him there in the back. Awesome video, my only complaint is that it's not 2h of raw Giulia lifting content because we would all watch that ;) we can't deny that Athletes which tend to really express the artistic part of the sport make it at least twice as interesting to watch!

Unfortunately, the tears at the end of her last snatch were not tears of happiness. She has snatched more weight, and the fact it was her last attempt whilst she had more in the tank caused frustration and also; tears. :(

This years fight wasn’t dramatic at all .Cambeo was in crazy shape, levels ahead anyone else, it looked like she should be in different weight class, completely owned the tournament.

treat every lift with two things in mind keep the bar close to you in all lifts and in the jerk as small a split as you can manage also aware of a short split enabling you to push back on your front foot and not getting stuck bar close and strong second pull the bar will land right in the grove then up
