@3:20 - @Concept2 get Emma a new rowing handle!!! Tape!!! . [I have that model and the handle rubber dried out and flaked off in 1000 pieces...new handle is about $30 from Concept, new one is a dream.]
You’re a rockstar, Emma! How high are your ceilings? Any issues doing muscle ups in there? I’m building mine and I’m worried my 9’ ceilings won’t be high enough for me to do those. Awesome stuff!
Not unless you’re very short. Arms outstretched above you is your bar height (probably over 7’), and then add to that the length of your arms fully extended in the dip (another 30”). Speaking for myself, not a chance.
But if you work on tall chest to bar and dips, and you have MU already, they’re not going anywhere. Fraser couldn’t do rope climbs or muscle-ups in his Tennessee gym and did ok.

Emma, you're such a cutie! Loving the garage gym. Wish I had more room for all the larger pieces of equipment.
Wish should would demo how she uses it, mention how often she uses it, and what it machine helps her with... was kind of pointless how she did it. I love her smile though; it's infectious.

Do you have a pegboard?
Do you ever notice looseness with any muscle ups? Etcetera? I mentioned this but in AK this gym collapsed because of that and the amount of snow on top of the roofing I think, there was an honorary WOD made after it because an athlete was crushed to death via the infrastructure. I guess I should say, is it up to code????
