Wow great word! I would like to share a little about what I concerning the fallacy of the, so called, unconditional security doctrine. Paul wrote in 1 Cor chap 10 that (God will make a way for us to ,successfully, bare and escape every temptation.) And in James Chap 4:7b resist the devil and he will flee from you. So how could Paul say in Romans chap 7 that no matter how hard he tried he could not resist the temptation of sin. It's because in Rom chap 7 he was addressing anyone whom would try to keep the 10 commandments apart from the Holy Spirit's power to do so. Before Paul had come to Christ as we know he persecuted Christ and His people. At that time Paul had heard but rejected the Gospel. Resulting in his inability to keep God's moral commandments. So Paul is addressing some of those whom were in Rome that felt that even as a Christian they should still be under the law of Moses. So Paul lets them know it's God's intention for then to fulfill the righteousness of the law through accepting Christ and thereby being empowered through the Holy Spirit to keep that righteousness of the law as per the following chapter 8. Also now as a Christian, and not being under the law of Moses, if we were to choose to willfully sin and not repent we will have placed our self back over into the sin unto death position. Meaning upon death we would be lost. Thank God for His offer of repentance. That's Rom 6:15-16 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. v16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of SIN UNTO DEATH, or of OBEDIENCE UNTO RIGHTEOUSNESS? God's law of sin and death began in the garden of Eden when God said, in effect, if you sin you will die meaning not only physically but also spiritually. So even though us Christ followers aren't under the law of Moses it's a continual choice of ours to either remain in the obedience unto righteous camp or to move our self over into the sin unto death camp. And in 1 Jo 1:8 'saying that if we say we have no sin we lie' is speaking of a back slidden Christian whom has hidden unrepented of sin in their life. This is the true context because 2 verses prior v6 saying ''If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:'' So it's a Christian whom chooses to walk in darkness, but at that same time, say their right with God these are the ones whom are lying. So in no way is it true that all Christians have current unrepented of willful sin. So thank God He gives us the power to resist sin and He fully expects us to do so. I have more to share on this latter. You had mentioned we should go over these beliefs so I wanted to add to what you are saying. We love you too our Precious sister!!!
@@josephlancaster398 Amen I agree with you. Thank you for explaining all of this 🙏🏼
Sorry to be so lengthy. I also wanted to add that in Galatians Paul is again addressing some whom are trying to be back under the law of Moses. By their mandating male circumcision and observances of old testament Holy days. So Paul says whomever is trying to be justified by keeping that law of Moses has fallen from grace. But Paul isn't saying that we're not obligated to walk in obedience to the Holy Spirit. Rom 8:13 - ''For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall DIE (law of sin and death): but if ye through the Spirit do MORTIFY the deeds of the body (walk in obedience), ye shall live (remain in salvation)''. He's only meaning not to follow the law of Moses in an attempt to gain one's salvation. We keep the righteousness of the law through the Holy Spirit not in an attempt to gain our salvation because in Christ we already have it. But if we were to move back over yielding to the flesh we would have death again. For in Gal chap 5 he wrote no Christian whom does evil will inherit the kingdom of God. Gal 5:21 -'' Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.'' Here,,in this certain context, if Paul was speaking of one's need for first time salvation he would have also included their need to put their faith in Christ. Because it's not by repentance alone that one is saved. However these are things that must be repented of. So it's clear here that Paul is addressing the Christians at this church, that if they were to do these things that without repentance they would be lost.
@@josephlancaster398 Amen I completely agree with you! Thank you for explaining all of this 🙏🏼

Serving God is about living out the new identity you have in Christ. It's not about following a set of rules or trying to earn God's favor. Instead, it's about expressing the love and grace that God has already given you through Jesus. In the New Testament, we see that serving God is a natural outflow of our relationship with Him.
First, recognize that you are a new creation in Christ, with a new heart and spirit (2 Corinthians 5:17; Ezekiel 36:26). This means that you are already equipped to serve God in a way that aligns with His desires. You don't need to strive to become something you're not; instead, you can trust that God has already made you compatible with His purposes.
Second, serving God involves offering your body as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to Him (Romans 12:1). This doesn't mean surrendering in a way that suggests something is wrong with you. Rather, it means living out the reality of who you are in Christ, allowing Him to express His life through you.
Finally, serving God is about walking by the Spirit and bearing the fruit of the Spirit in your life (Galatians 5:16, 22-23). This means depending on Christ to inspire and empower you to love others, show kindness, and live out the values of the new covenant. It's not about trying harder but trusting in the finished work of Jesus and the presence of the Holy Spirit within you.
Hi sister. I've left 3 separate msg other than this one here . I put a lot of work into them. They were in need of editing which I just now finished doing. So as a favor to me, my hope is you'll read them. I'm so sorry for the large volume amount. I won't do so much again. I just wanted to share with you what I believe about this important issue. If you would be so kind to read them you'll want to start with the third one down and then work your way up. If you don't agree with them, I hope you'll use them as food for thought. Your brother and friend in Christ!
@@josephlancaster398 Hello 👋🏼 yes I just went through my notifications and read through them and responded. I thank you for taking the time to edify everyone reading it 🙏🏼
@@seekthelordjesuschrist Ah you're so welcome!
To be clear we're spiritually married to Christ and not the 10 commandments Rom 7:4 -'' Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.'' So if a borned again one, were then to willfully sin their first sin would be they took their eyes off of their comment to Christ. And then their second sin would be, after looking away from Christ, what ever sin it is then that they set their mind on. But the laws of sin and death or of obedience unto righteousness are still applicable. That's also why in James chap 2 where 'faith without works is dead' meaning 'faith (faith and grace) without works (obedience) is dead (cursed) it's here dead because it's cursed which goes back to the origin of the law of sin and death. So if God were to specifically lead us to feed and cloth someone but we refuse we would've committed a sin unto to death kind of a sin. Jas 2:16-17 - And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? 17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone." Abraham was saved before he, figuratively, offered Isaac up.
However he would have been guilty of breaking the sin unto death law had he refused to offer Isaac up. Jas 2:21-23 -'' Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? v22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect (complete)? v23And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.'' So here James is speaking in terms of having a remaining and therefore a complete salvation.
@@josephlancaster398 Amen Thank you 🙏🏼 I definitely agree with you!
Each child is different and has different goals, ambitions, and yes sins. GATHER GOD has different plans for us all, but first, we must be willing to sacrifice our sins to be able to understand that flesh is the key that Satan turns to open his kingdom and to close the door to our Father's kingdom . Deny the flesh and Deny the beast of his keys.
