1. LEG CURLS 1 & 2 X 10 E.leg (3rd is a Dropset 8 x 8)
2A. RDL, 3 X 12,10,8 (4th is a Dropset 8x8)
2B. COSSACKS 4 x 12 (Alternating)
3a: HIP THRUSTS 3 x 12,10,8
3b: DB SPLIT STANCE 3 x 10 E.leg
4: Deficit BB REVERSE LUNGES 3 x 8-10 E.leg

One question for the deadlift I workout in Planet Fitness is it okay to use the smith machine or better to use dumbbells. What’s your thoughts or anyone else’s.

Smiths machines are okay but the only issue is that they only allow you to move on one plane of motion. I'd say try it, but if it feels awkward at all switch to DB's
